Leta Austin Foster
Nominated by Tonya Pinkins, 80-year-old Leta Foster, was the only person to show up to at the Palm Beach, Florida Town Hall to protest George Floyd’s death. The businesswoman and married mother of six children and 10 grandchildren, said she felt compelled to demonstrate her support for the black community by exercising her right to free speech and expression.

Javier Muñoz & THEATRICAL WARDROBE UNION I.A.T.S.E. LOCAL 764
HAMILTON and IN THE HEIGHTS alum Javier Muñoz mobilized 200 Broadway wardrobe artists to manufacture and transport face masks to New York hospitals in desperate need. The Theatrical Wardrobe Union has mobilized members across the country to manufacture critically needed masks and personal protective equipment to health care workers on the frontlines nationwide.
