Though she may be NYC based, Sara is a true New Englander at heart. After been born and raised in southern Maine (through high school), Sara spent 10 years dancing with the Miami City Ballet, where she eventually attained the rank of soloist. Since moving to New York in 2014, she has loved being in the musical theater community. Select theater credits: An American in Paris (OBC and 1st National tour), A Chorus Line (NYCC and Cape Playhouse), Brigadoon (NYCC), Marie Dancing Still (5th Avenue Theater Seattle). Tv/Film: The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Fosse/Verdon, and (coming to theaters Dec. 2020) West Side Story, directed by Steven Spielberg. Sara likes to believe she is living proof that it doesn’t matter how big the town is that you come from – What matters is the size of your dreams. This is Sara Esty.
