You know Jen Perry as Trish from Kinky Boots – but did you know she is an OG cast member??? She was also in Mamma Mia on Broadway and we are unhealthily obsessed with her. Blair has the unique perspective of being both in the National tour of Kinky Boots and in the Broadway company. She has been on Broadway since she was little – her first show was starring in Annie Get Your Gun with our queen Bernadette Peters. Also fully obsessed.
Jen & Blair share the backstage juice with us: they cover tricks to being cool moms on Broadway, filthy hardcore rapping, backstage naked dance parties, mice, the final performance, cut moments from the show, and how to give your nearest and dearest an enema in their time of need! Also… ghosts. It gets a little spooky, ya’ll.
As we head into cooler weather, we will be getting cozy with some of our favorite cast mates from various shows. We are calling this mini-series “GETTIN’ COZY WITH CASTMATES,” natch. So put on your sweaters, pour yourself a hot chai, and join us for some little mini-reunions and ghost stories!
