We are IN THE ROOM and on the road with Frank “Fraver” Verlizzo – famed designer of Broadway’s most iconic posters! We took our first ever field trip to Frank’s place up in Connecticut and had a delightful brunch! If you are a listener of this podcast you more than likely have a poster designed by Frank hanging up in your room or office as we speak. We absolutely geek out over Frank’s creations and the career he has had – having designed the poster art for over 300 Broadway, Off-Broadway, regional and international productions such as Lion King, Sunday In the Park With George, Sweeney Todd, Follies, Baby, Looped, Carrie: The Musical, etc. . Each poster has a story behind it and we were ENRAPTURED. We also talk about how we saw Wine Country multiple times and we obviously have thoughts. We saw Hillary & Clinton and we raaaaave. Please consult our Instagram @intheroompod to see some of the posters we mention in this podcast!
