On today’s show I’m talking to arts industry survivor Meg Massey, the woman behind burnout coach Maggie Supernova, about the highs and lows of working in the commercial theater business and the warning signs to watch out for to avoid letting a high speed career meet a brick wall. We discuss how her passion and personality helped her thrive in the arts but ultimately reach a boiling point, the traits that leave both employees and employers more susceptible to the perils of burnout, and how she’s now using her experience to help others avoid it.
