In Dream Hou$e, sisters Patricia and Julia deal with the recent death of their mother as they are left to decide whether they should sell their childhood house or not.
Pipes talks about how the gentrification of her childhood neighborhood inspired her to write the play, as well as showcasing female characters onstage.
