Broadway Leading Lady, Nasia Thomas, joins Steph to talk about her wellness journey during the pandemic and how the time to "be still" helped navigate what her non-negotiables are for self-care and mental health. Nasia shares her experience in performing a live-stream production of The Last Five Years, shot in under a week during the pandemic. Steph and Nasia also talk about training for performance and the impact of the often used term "Broadway Body".

Nasia's Broadway credits include Caroline, Or Change, Ain't Too Proud: The Life and Times of the Temptations, and Beautiful: The Carole King Musical. She will be playing the role of Nettie in The Color Purple this summer at The MUNY.
