Laura Camien’s life’s work is to illuminate and celebrate the innate, authentic creativity within each of us. This passion is woven through her work as a creativity coach, Broadway producer, writer, speaker, podcaster, and communications expert.
With Blue Man Group, Laura served as Head Writer and Creative Director of the book, Blue Man World. As the global VP of Communications for Blue Man Group, she opened long-running theatrical productions and tours around the globe. She launched albums with Lava/Atlantic, Rhino, and Virgin Records, including the certified Gold Record, Grammy-nominated, Audio. Strategic PR initiatives included commercial partnerships celebrating creativity and ingenuity with partners such as Intel, TIM Brasil, Scholastic, Toy Quest, major NFL, NHL, NBA and MLB sporting teams as well as storylines on TV shows such as Arrested Development.
Nominated for a PR News Platinum Award, Laura has worked with America’s Got Talent, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, TODAY Show, NPR’s Tiny Desk Concert, The Royal Variety Show, The Grammy Awards, The Emmy Awards, BBC, Telemundo and more.
Laura is a Broadway producer, as the Founder and Creative Director of Bridge Club Productions, she produced [title of show] from its inception to its Tony-nominated Broadway run.
A published playwright and screenwriter, her scripts and short film, For Closure (writer, producer, lead actor) have been finalists and winners at film festivals around the country.
