[0:30] RJ Christian: Supergirl gooners, make some noise!

[0:32] Will Champion: Where my goon squad, ayyyy!

[0:34] Maddie Murphy: Um, we're goonie!!

[0:36] Conner Marx: We're here, we're gooning, we're fitting to bust A.I.L.

[0:40] RJ Christian: AND WELL MET! I call basting you, and that actually started going super.

[0:44] Will Champion: We're back! Oh man, we're Nerdfraiting again y'all.

[0:48] RJ Christian: Nerdfight! Nerdfight is on! RJ's here! RJ'S HERE!

[0:51] Maddie Murphy: Mattie's here! Yep!

[0:53] Conner Marx: Connor's here!

[0:55] RJ Christian: I was not around for the first Superfight, but I listened to it and I had to turn it off after about 10 minutes because in my room, by myself, I got so legitimately angry.

[1:02] RJ Christian: I was like, these are my co-workers and my friends and I'm getting too- I don't need it. You know that meme? Yeah. Of the woman who's like, uh, THAT'S UNFAIR!

[1:14] Will Champion: Yes. Wait, what am I doing? I'm an adult.

[1:18] RJ Christian: It was that. Angela.

[1:20] Conner Marx: By the end of this, we'll be neither your friends nor your co-workers.

[1:22] Maddie Murphy: Our second degree friend, Angela.

[1:24] RJ Christian: So maybe we have to say, uh, pact of, for the next 35 minutes, what is said here, what is fought, what is pitched, what is done. It's personal. We need to, afterwards, all give each other a hug.

[1:32] Will Champion: The anger of Superfight stays in Superfight, and that's where it shall remain.

[1:38] Conner Marx: Connor came back in mad at everybody. He came in mad that night, he was like, you guys are all fucking idiots! The Pope would've- Mouth Pope would've killed everyone, or whatever it was.

[1:50] RJ Christian: No, he was mad at Mouth Pope. You said that Mouth Pope wouldn't win, and honestly, now I'm mad at you.

[1:55] Will Champion: Okay. We already started here, let's fucking go!

[1:59] RJ Christian: Okay, Will.

[2:01] Will Champion: Yeah? Take us in, baby. So- We're just for folks who might not listen to First Superfight.

[2:05] RJ Christian: Three run of the rules. We are each gonna take three white cards and three black cards.

[2:10] Maddie Murphy: Hell yeah, let's do it.

[2:11] Will Champion: We're gonna start, when we start combating, it will start with RJ and Maddie.

[2:17] Will Champion: Maddie will be our first set, because the youngest always goes first, and we move clockwise.

[2:21] RJ Christian: When the drafting phase begins, you will take one of the white cards, the character cards, and one of the black cards, the power cards, or qualifier cards, and combine them.

[2:32] RJ Christian: You will then count down three to one, reveal them with your opponent. You will then each pull an additional random black card from the deck to apply to your hero.

[2:41] RJ Christian: You will then have one minute apiece to make your case as to why your character would win in a fight. You will then take votes on who would win, the winner stays on, and the next player builds a character to combat that being.

[2:53] Will Champion: May I add, much like we played last time, that there is that Mortal Kombat intro.

[2:59] Maddie Murphy: Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

[3:00] Will Champion: And a name of the winner, and also-

[3:03] RJ Christian: Mouth Pope wins.

[3:05] Will Champion: Yes! And I think, yes, and also, I think that we should have just a little song.

[3:10] Maddie Murphy: A little song?

[3:11] Will Champion: A little song you wanna bring us in?

[3:12] Maddie Murphy: Yeah.

[3:13] Will Champion: Hit us.

[3:14] Maddie Murphy: It's Super Fight, you nasty ass bitches, it's time to be right.

[3:22] RJ Christian: Nat 20.

[3:24] Conner Marx: How does the group feel about a full mulligan?

[3:28] RJ Christian: A full mulligan?

[3:29] Conner Marx: Yeah.

[3:30] RJ Christian: I don't care, go for it.

[3:31] Conner Marx: I have three whites and three blacks, none of whom are winning shit.

[3:35] RJ Christian: I also wanna make a- the crucial rule, I've mentioned it every time I've ever played this game. From the rulebook, if a card isn't completely clear, whoever played the card gets to clarify the details.

[3:47] Will Champion: I'm literally holding the example. For example, the card Jason-

[3:51] RJ Christian: I don't want it.

[3:52] Will Champion: Can be played as Jason Voorhees, Jason Bourne, Jason the Red Power Ranger, whatever you determine. But you will define what Jason is in that moment.

[3:59] RJ Christian: Okay, so- Whatever the ambiguous nature.

[4:01] Will Champion: So we're saying this now, because we did get bogged down in this, I think, a little bit last time. It's not all Jasons across all things.

[4:04] Maddie Murphy: No.

[4:08] Will Champion: It can't be like any Jason.

[4:10] Conner Marx: So you're gonna define your guy before we put him in the ring.

[4:14] Will Champion: So we had last time, I think, the Doctor.

[4:16] Maddie Murphy: And I chose which specific Doctor I- oh no, it was you.

[4:19] Conner Marx: It was me, yeah.

[4:20] Will Champion: Yeah, you say which Doctor you're talking about.

[4:22] Conner Marx: I use the Squirrel Girl defense, I believe.

[4:24] Maddie Murphy: Of course.

[4:25] Conner Marx: He doesn't lose.

[4:26] RJ Christian: Yeah, Connor, I'm saying I won't take a full mull, but god, I'm gonna lose.

[4:30] Will Champion: Okay, I like- let's get in here.

[4:32] RJ Christian: Alright.

[4:33] Will Champion: You're up, RJ.

[4:35] RJ Christian: Oh yeah, I got something that'll really knock your socks off.

[4:39] RJ Christian: I got a nudist-

[4:40] Will Champion: Wait, wait, wait.

[4:41] Maddie Murphy: What?

[4:42] RJ Christian: Is Maddie ready?

[4:43] Maddie Murphy: Nope.

[4:45] RJ Christian: Oh.

[4:46] Will Champion: We gotta have these two things bricked up.

[4:47] RJ Christian: So again, I need two black cards and one white card.

[4:49] Will Champion: One of one, and then you'll each pick a second black card from the deck at random.

[4:53] RJ Christian: Okay, you didn't hear that.

[4:54] Will Champion: You didn't hear what I had at all.

[4:56] RJ Christian: I got it, I got it. I'm getting the stopwatch or the timer ready to go.

[5:00] Will Champion: You ready?

[5:01] Maddie Murphy: I'm ready.

[5:03] RJ Christian: Okay, I'm about to cook.

[5:05] Will Champion: I'm about to cook.

[5:06] RJ Christian: Let's go.

[5:07] Maddie Murphy: Cook, daddy.

[5:08] RJ Christian: I have a nudist that can fly. And also, armed with nunchucks.

[5:14] Will Champion: Just a naked flying nunchuck.

[5:18] Conner Marx: Quick point of order, just because genitalia might matter. Is it a male nudist? Because then they have an extra nunchuck.

[5:25] RJ Christian: Massive slug. Just slinging as it flies.

[5:28] Will Champion: This is what I'm talking about.

[5:30] RJ Christian: I'm so angry.

[5:31] Conner Marx: Hey, calm down.

[5:32] RJ Christian: Okay, we have nunchuck-wielding naked flyman, and...

[5:36] Will Champion: And we have Darth Vader, whose bottom half is, and now I have to draw another character from the deck, whose bottom half is a billionaire playboy.

[5:47] Maddie Murphy: Oh shit, half Batman, half Darth Vader?

[5:50] Will Champion: And it's Darth Vader with money?

[5:52] RJ Christian: Darth Vader with Bruce Wayne.

[5:53] Conner Marx: Who can't see!

[5:54] RJ Christian: No!

[5:55] Will Champion: No!

[5:56] Conner Marx: Oh!

[5:57] RJ Christian: Bruce Wayne's ass.

[5:58] Will Champion: No, I'm gonna posit the billionaire playboy can't see, the legs can't see, Darth Vader can't.

[6:03] Will Champion: We're gonna start with RJ.

[6:04] RJ Christian: Yes.

[6:05] RJ Christian: Your minute on the clock to defend yourself begins now.

[6:08] RJ Christian: Okay, so let's talk about this nudist. They're flying. They got a massive slug. They got armed with nunchucks. Three appendages are coming at you. Zooming at you from the skies. And three degrees of attacks, and you can't see any of them. Can't see anything. You're gonna get slapped, schlopped, and what's that? Your bottom half? I don't know, what do playboys wear? Not armor. You're gonna get slapped on the kneecaps, and you're gonna come down. And I'm gonna be flying through the sky, nakedly.

[6:39] Will Champion: Oh, it's you now.

[6:41] RJ Christian: Yeah, yeah, I see what you're specifying.

[6:43] Will Champion: It's me.

[6:44] RJ Christian: Oh, got it.

[6:45] Will Champion: Okay.

[6:46] RJ Christian: Great.

[6:47] Will Champion: Got it.

[6:48] RJ Christian: So RJ the nudist.

[6:49] Will Champion: Okay.

[6:50] Conner Marx: Yeah.

[6:51] Will Champion: Absolutely. Beat that.

[6:54] RJ Christian: Okay.

[6:55] Will Champion: Okay.

[6:56] Conner Marx: Let me, that's you.

[6:58] Will Champion: Hang on.

[7:00] Will Champion: Okay. Defend Vader.

[7:02] Conner Marx: Okay. Now. Thank you for your comments, Mr. Christian, and I understand your point, but here is how I will defend it. Darth Vader, whose bottom half is a billionaire playboy, first and foremost, it is the powers of Darth Vader, already a massively powerful military complex person, who has access to, first and foremost, flying machines that exist in atmospheres similar to Earth.

[7:21] Conner Marx: So the flying, I would combat that. I am also flying in a very powerful weapon. The billionaire playboy also provides additional funding as needed. In terms of can't see, I can use the force. And as we all remember, Luke Skywalker was trained by Yoda blindfolded. The force will provide and make sure that even without clear visuals, I'm fine. Also, I'm saying Darth Vader could see, but billionaire playboy, if you want to argue, can't see, well, blind legs, that's fine. But again, I would say Darth Vader, combined with his weaponry, his skills, his access to the force, and the military industrial complex, and money, I would say will beat your three nunchucked, nude-ass flying self.

[8:02] Will Champion: And that is time.

[8:04] RJ Christian: I mean, Darth Vader famously had access to like, are you saying that he's got, which one of them, I guess they both have access to various military industrial complexes.

[8:16] Conner Marx: Yes.

[8:18] RJ Christian: I'm not going to open this can of worms, but Darth Vader is a real problem.

[8:22] Will Champion: For everybody else at the table, we're going to need to have a real issue.

[8:25] Conner Marx: He's a lot. A real issue.

[8:27] Will Champion: It's Darth Vader.

[8:28] Conner Marx: We good to vote?

[8:29] Will Champion: And he's got like a billionaire playboy.

[8:31] Conner Marx: Technically, if it's the bottom half, it's his wallet.

[8:33] Will Champion: So like, yeah.

[8:34] Conner Marx: Yeah, exactly.

[8:35] Will Champion: Okay, we good to vote? Who votes for flying naked nunchuck?

[8:42] Maddie Murphy: You have no taste!

[8:44] RJ Christian: Wait, RJ, you didn't even vote for yourself!

[8:46] RJ Christian: Okay, I can vote? One!

[8:48] Will Champion: So that is, and then vote for billionaire Vader?

[8:52] Conner Marx: Yeah.

[8:53] Will Champion: That's four to one for billionaire.

[8:55] RJ Christian: Billionaire Vader wins.

[8:58] Will Champion: Use the black card, Luke.

[9:01] Maddie Murphy: We need your Vader voice line.

[9:03] Conner Marx: Oh, oh, oh, Luke, I beat your ass.

[9:09] Will Champion: That was a little Jabba the Hutt.

[9:11] Maddie Murphy: It's too bad you weren't around in the 70s. This could be a whole different franchise.

[9:16] RJ Christian: Is it? This is the same franchise as McClunky.

[9:19] Will Champion: I love Jabba the Hutt. Real talk. Best character.

[9:24] Maddie Murphy: Okay!

[9:25] Will Champion: Okay, so now do I redraw?

[9:26] Conner Marx: No, no, no, I'm arguing now against Vader.

[9:28] Will Champion: Yeah, it's Darth Vader's on the clock. Let's keep score somewhere, if that counts for anybody.

[9:33] Conner Marx: But one point for Vader.

[9:35] Will Champion: You have a combo?

[9:36] Conner Marx: I do.

[9:37] Will Champion: Read it to us, baby.

[9:39] Conner Marx: And I pull my new black?

[9:41] Will Champion: Well, let's hear the combo first.

[9:42] Conner Marx: The combo is Sherlock Holmes, who can walk through solid objects.

[9:46] Will Champion: Wow.

[9:47] Conner Marx: Okay, okay.

[9:48] Will Champion: Give him his...

[9:49] Conner Marx: Yeah, and your additional power.

[9:51] Conner Marx: Furthermore, Sherlock Holmes is armed with a nail gun.

[9:54] Will Champion: Oh!

[9:55] Conner Marx: Oh, that's... I like...

[9:57] Will Champion: Okay, so it's Guy Ritchie, Sherlock Holmes for sure.

[9:59] Conner Marx: Guy Ritchie, Sherlock Holmes for sure.

[10:01] Will Champion: If he's got a fucking...

[10:02] Conner Marx: If he's got a nail gun.

[10:03] Will Champion: Uh...

[10:04] Conner Marx: We're gonna start?

[10:05] Will Champion: Sure.

[10:06] Conner Marx: With...

[10:07] Will Champion: One minute.

[10:08] Conner Marx: Defending...

[10:09] Will Champion: Phasing nail gun Holmes.

[10:10] Conner Marx: Yeah. Starting...

[10:12] Will Champion: Now.

[10:13] Conner Marx: I think the most important thing to remember with the ability to walk through walls is that there is agency involved. For example, characters who can phase, who can sort of pass through solid objects, they can also drink liquids. They can pick up a cup of coffee. They can interact with things as they choose. So there is ability to turn it on and off, which to me makes me think there's a... There's a sovereignty over corporeality that is going to trump your use of the force.

[10:45] RJ Christian: Explain more, please.

[10:47] Conner Marx: Well, for example, you come at me with a lightsaber. I have no reason to believe that I need to choose to elect that to do me harm. Whatever it is that I can turn off molecularly that allows me to pass through solid objects, I can turn off when a lightsaber comes through me. Furthermore, that's sort of my defense. On my offense, let's think about any iteration of Sherlock Holmes. Not even. Like, Sherlock Holmes I have seen time and time again get into the toughest possible scrapes. As a viewer, I think this... I see that that's my time. Give me just a second to wrap this up. I think this is impossible. There is no way out. But his intellect, his critical thinking and problem solving is at such a superhuman level that it is near God-like abilities to just reason his way through anything. So I don't know what he would figure out to take down Vader, but Sherlock Holmes does.

[11:41] Conner Marx: He would observe that in the first three seconds of this confrontation. The nail gun's just flavor.

[11:47] Will Champion: The nail gun's just fun.

[11:48] Conner Marx: Billionaire Vader, your defense begins.

[11:50] Conner Marx: It was interesting what you said. I would say there are parts of the force, as we saw in the Obi-Wan Kenobi of it all, or what is it? Bon Jovi? Who was the one that phased out of existence when Darth Vader hit him with a saber?

[12:01] Will Champion: Bon Jovi?

[12:02] Conner Marx: John Bon Jovi?

[12:04] Will Champion: Your encyclopedic knowledge of the Star Wars universe is...

[12:06] Conner Marx: Jovi Bon Kenobi.

[12:07] Will Champion: Well, anyway, old man.

[12:09] Conner Marx: Jovi Bon Kenobi.

[12:10] Will Champion: But there is something about, in terms of phasing, it seems that the use of the force, also there could be some ability to phase in and out as well. But beyond that point, I would say you have good points. Sherlock Holmes, however, is a man confined to Earth, typically, as we know him, and his intellect and his abilities and his being. His ability to understand, say, the force, or things that go beyond the corporeality and the laws of logic and investigation, I'm not sure quite applies to something as space-agey. But on top of that, here's the problem with Vader. The sheer amount of mass destruction that this person is willing to go through, this person explodes entire planets to get their things. Even with all of Sherlock Holmes' powers, Darth Vader would go out on a mass incineration scale and just simply blow up Earth, for example.

[12:57] Conner Marx: Sherlock Holmes figured out how to not be on Earth in that one.

[12:59] Will Champion: But that's an interesting point.

[13:00] Conner Marx: He was entirely dependent on a set of machinery that I think would be a weakness in Sherlock Holmes.

[13:05] Will Champion: Definitely a point. Definitely a point.

[13:07] Conner Marx: It is a point. I'm just saying, again, the argument of, he'll figure it out, the same could be said of, my sheer access to military might and the ability to blow up entire planets would be the same of, okay, he'll figure it out, there will be mass destruction. You would beat the British Army, but Sherlock Holmes, as an individual, would be slinking.

[13:26] Will Champion: Well, yeah, that's how he got taken down in the first place, just to say it.

[13:30] Conner Marx: It was one dickhead shooting, fucking, sniping womp rats.

[13:34] Will Champion: We have reached the end of our debate period. I think Darth Vader is space Moriarty.

[13:42] Conner Marx: Wow!

[13:44] Will Champion: You might have told that yourself.

[13:47] Will Champion: Who votes for billionaire Vader?

[13:52] Conner Marx: That is William, myself, and Murray.

[13:55] Will Champion: And who votes for phasing Sherlock?

[13:58] Maddie Murphy: Connor and RJ.

[14:00] Conner Marx: I just think he'd take advantage of Darth Vader's trauma, you know?

[14:04] Will Champion: I hear it, I hear it. However, the votes say otherwise.

[14:07] Conner Marx: And unfortunately, billionaire Vader wins.

[14:11] RJ Christian: Oh, oh, oh!

[14:15] Will Champion: Man, I think, like, man.

[14:17] Conner Marx: But that was close.

[14:18] Will Champion: Phasing Sherlock Holmes is so nasty, but, like, Death Star, though.

[14:22] Conner Marx: It doesn't even, it's even before I go here, I'm gonna just, like, gas Vader up for a second. I am a member of the power scaling community out here, right? I pay attention to these people's feats and track their stats and whatnot. Vader is an absolute monster.

[14:40] Will Champion: No, no, you know what? I'm not gonna do it.

[14:42] Conner Marx: You're about to face off against me.

[14:44] Will Champion: Why don't you try somebody else?

[14:46] Conner Marx: In the same way that there are certain things, every character has little weaknesses, I have a combination that I think will help out. I have an evil doll, and I'm gonna specify, we are talking the titular...

[14:58] Maddie Murphy: Annabelle.

[14:59] Will Champion: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

[15:00] RJ Christian: Fuckin' fuck.

[15:01] Conner Marx: Who can take the form of anything they touch.

[15:03] Maddie Murphy: Woah.

[15:04] RJ Christian: They can touch him.

[15:05] Conner Marx: Ooh, so kind of like a mimic.

[15:07] Maddie Murphy: Yeah.

[15:08] RJ Christian: A mimic with seriously corruptive influences.

[15:11] Maddie Murphy: And my secondary power is…

[15:14] Will Champion: Fuck yeah.

[15:15] Maddie Murphy: Riding a motorcycle.

[15:16] Will Champion: Yeah!

[15:17] Maddie Murphy: I just have to do this because it got said earlier.

[15:23] Will Champion: Woah!

[15:24] RJ Christian: There's no remorse.

[15:25] Will Champion: Woah!

[15:26] Conner Marx: Living with the Force!

[15:30] Maddie Murphy: Yay!

[15:31] Will Champion: Yeah!

[15:32] RJ Christian: Jon Bon Jovi Kenobi.

[15:33] Conner Marx: Yeah.

[15:34] Maddie Murphy: Jon Bon Jovi Kenobi.

[15:35] Will Champion: Okay.

[15:36] Maddie Murphy: Take my hand.

[15:37] Will Champion: No, I didn't mean it literally.

[15:44] RJ Christian: My defense of Biker Annabelle starts now.

[15:48] Maddie Murphy: Biker Annabelle.

[15:49] RJ Christian: The number one thing that put Vader into the predicament that he is in currently, that he died in, that got him burnt on the shores of Mustafar, is corrupting influence.

[15:53] Will Champion: The influence of exterior evil seeping into his mind and turning him to the ways of the dark side.

[15:59] RJ Christian: And it took his own son at the brink of death to rip him out of that.

[16:08] Will Champion: And there is nothing, no more persistent evil, as far as evil dolls are concerned, than Annabelle.

[16:13] RJ Christian: She infects people just by being around them.

[16:16] Will Champion: She infects people just by, like, basic eye contact outside of a sealed object, outside of being with all these sort of paranormal trinkets that you have to contain her with.

[16:25] RJ Christian: And not only can she dart around outside of people's eye lines and infect people through her own possession, she can now take the form of anything she touches.

[16:34] Will Champion: So all she has to do is creep her way to fucking Emperor Palpatine out here, and it's all over.

[16:39] RJ Christian: And she's gonna get there fucking fast on her crazy Harley out here, her possessed motorcycle that she's got.

[16:43] Will Champion: So I think, while Vader has physical power, Annabelle has that chessboard paranormal manipulative ability to get exactly where she needs to be and persist in a way that Vader cannot outlast.

[16:59] Conner Marx: You're a butthole, Billy Nye Vader, it begins now.

[17:03] RJ Christian: The butthole is reeing, because as someone who has never seen Annabelle and doesn't like the concept of scary dolls, I'm gonna just make a guess and say, she's still a doll.

[17:14] Will Champion: She is just made up.

[17:15] RJ Christian: She is, as I understand, the idea of an evil corrupting influence, but she is still caged by the form, the form of the doll.

[17:23] Conner Marx: She can take the form of anything they touch, I understand.

[17:27] RJ Christian: But even then, one would assume, therefore, that she still is taking on the form of something.

[17:32] Will Champion: It is corporeal.

[17:33] RJ Christian: There is something physical there.

[17:34] Will Champion: You didn't posit that she could take on elemental forms or things of that nature.

[17:38] RJ Christian: So she still is something that can be destroyed.

[17:41] Will Champion: I, again, will just go back to, cruising around on her little motorcycle, the Military Space Industrial Complex.

[17:48] RJ Christian: I will, as Darth Vader, completely and utterly already corrupted by evil, have no qualms about exploding entire planetary systems that I should target her on.

[17:58] Will Champion: So again, I like your argument. I'm just saying, the might of this man and the willingness for mass destruction is it.

[18:06] RJ Christian: The only thing I will say, they couldn't destroy Annabelle's physical form. They had to put her in a box, because they couldn't get rid of her.

[18:12] Will Champion: That would have been nice info for me to know.

[18:14] RJ Christian: I forgot about that.

[18:15] Will Champion: Destroy the box.

[18:16] RJ Christian: She just persists.

[18:17] Will Champion: I've got nothing else to say.

[18:21] RJ Christian: We put it to a vote.

[18:22] Will Champion: It's weird. It's an interesting one, because she is super evil, and also she could just touch him and turn into Darth Vader.

[18:29] RJ Christian: Also, like, if you're touching anything, I think you could, you're touching oxygen, you're touching air, and it says she can take the form.

[18:37] Will Champion: So there's that corporeal agency that Conner was talking about earlier.

[18:40] RJ Christian: So she could just pull a fucking Madame Mim and turn herself into a virus and, like, she could turn herself into a bunch of Medichlorians and make a new Jedi.

[18:49] Conner Marx: Quick, quick, quick re-rebuttal, then.

[18:52] RJ Christian: If she can take on the form, the argument is, well, she could take on the form of Darth Vader, billionaire playboy who can't see.

[18:59] Will Champion: And that wins.

[19:00] Conner Marx: Wouldn't that still just mean that Darth Vader wins?

[19:04] RJ Christian: Are we just, should we combine and make them all?

[19:06] Will Champion: I wasn't positing that she would ever take the form of the enemy.

[19:10] RJ Christian: I think it is, she is unshackled by, she is unbound.

[19:15] Will Champion: Yeah, well, Darth Vader had a spiritual awakening, and he too is unbound.

[19:20] RJ Christian: That's true.

[19:21] Will Champion: I mean, I can't argue with that.

[19:23] Conner Marx: Who votes for billionaire Vader?

[19:29] Will Champion: Just for the sake of seeing new fights.

[19:31] RJ Christian: Yeah, yeah.

[19:32] Will Champion: I'm gonna, yeah, that's fair.

[19:34] RJ Christian: That's fair.

[19:35] Will Champion: I'm not gonna vote for Vader.

[19:36] RJ Christian: I don't, my heart is in Vader.

[19:39] Will Champion: Then vote for Vader.

[19:40] RJ Christian: Okay, then I vote for Vader.

[19:41] Will Champion: Yeah, vote your conscience.

[19:42] RJ Christian: Here's the thing. I just want to see new, you know.

[19:46] Will Champion: Here's the thing, William likes to win, and he will not take a pity vote.

[19:49] RJ Christian: I will not, nor will I take a pity vote.

[19:51] Will Champion: I'm voting for my own character here.

[19:54] RJ Christian: I don't think we have something on the table that can beat Vader yet.

[19:57] Will Champion: Well, you ain't seen what I'm about to bust out, baby.

[20:00] RJ Christian: So, for the third time, billionaire Vader wins.

[20:05] Will Champion: He's getting more cursed as we go.

[20:09] RJ Christian: Are you fuckers ready for this?

[20:12] Will Champion: Speak to us.

[20:13] RJ Christian: Now he has to fight a Coachella lineup armed with a catapult and unlimited livestock.

[20:19] Conner Marx: You better pull a banger on the back of him.

[20:23] RJ Christian: But wait, but wait.

[20:24] Will Champion: They're ten stories tall.

[20:27] RJ Christian: You think you can beat giant Bernie Sanders, motherfucker?

[20:31] Will Champion: Because he was at Coachella.

[20:33] RJ Christian: You think that-

[20:34] Conner Marx: All right, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.

[20:35] Will Champion: Your minute starts now.

[20:36] RJ Christian: Skyscraper Charlie XCX launching fucking unlimited cattle right at Vader's face.

[20:43] Conner Marx: I don't care how goddamn good the force, how strong the force is with you, dude.

[20:49] RJ Christian: If he's doing that while gigantic Kaiju AOC and Bernie Sanders are scolding you about being a goddamn billionaire son of a bitch, and at the same time, every Jam Band, every new one, it's just Coachella lineup, all Coachella lineups.

[21:08] Conner Marx: Kanye West is there, so the power of racism you have to defeat.

[21:12] RJ Christian: It is just a fucking cityscape of dickheads walking at you, machine-gunning you with fucking cows out of catapults, undefeatable.

[21:25] Conner Marx: I yield my last 12 seconds.

[21:27] RJ Christian: It's called making war chilly.

[21:30] Will Champion: Billionaire Vader rebuttal begins now.

[21:32] Conner Marx: I, okay, we all know I've won, but I would, how about I posit this, because I also, I, how about we, he has won.

[21:41] Will Champion: Ten stories is real big.

[21:43] Conner Marx: He doesn't want this battle.

[21:44] Will Champion: Let's say that, Will is nodding yes.

[21:47] Conner Marx: Definitively.

[21:48] Will Champion: I think we've already made arguments that-

[21:49] Conner Marx: Ten story tall Coachella.

[21:51] Will Champion: It's like, you think he can beat-

[21:53] RJ Christian: You're just easy, an easier target to hit.

[21:55] Will Champion: With your little lightsaber?

[21:57] Conner Marx: With my giant space cannons, my G.

[22:00] Will Champion: And yes, with my little lightsaber, I'll cut you off at the end.

[22:03] RJ Christian: You're fucking space cannons clogged up with goddamn infinite cows.

[22:06] Will Champion: By the time Kate Cuddy took this video, I'm about to talk about this feeling, Vader would be like, what am I fighting for?

[22:13] Conner Marx: Actually, I did see Missy Elliott's latest thing, and it was space-themed at first.

[22:17] Will Champion: Maybe Vader would be like, how could I destroy this gorgeous creature?

[22:20] Conner Marx: I can't.

[22:21] Will Champion: There must be another way.

[22:24] Conner Marx: He would drop down, flip it, and reverse it for sure.

[22:27] Will Champion: How about this?

[22:28] Conner Marx: I'm either willing to cede this and be like, you know what? Let's take Darth Vader off the table right now, or how about we put him on ice like Han Solo.

[22:36] Will Champion: Fucking Lollapalooza.

[22:38] RJ Christian: It's Coachella.

[22:40] Will Champion: We're voting.

[22:41] RJ Christian: We're voting.

[22:42] Will Champion: All votes for the Coachella cityscape.

[22:45] Conner Marx: Kaiju Coachella.

[22:47] Will Champion: Put some respect on it, Will.

[22:48] Conner Marx: Kaiju Coachella infinite-

[22:49] Will Champion: You said, you thought it was Lollapalooza.

[22:51] Conner Marx: Everybody get off my ass!

[22:52] Will Champion: No!

[22:53] Conner Marx: No!

[22:54] Will Champion: You weren't even listening closely!

[22:55] Conner Marx: Infinite livestock.

[22:57] Will Champion: Kaiju Coachella has two votes, and they high-five over it.

[23:03] Will Champion: All votes for billionaire Vader.

[23:05] RJ Christian: Thank you.

[23:06] Will Champion: Yes.

[23:07] RJ Christian: I appreciate it.

[23:08] Will Champion: The two 40-year-olds in the room should know something about the living capacity of a human being to endure a certain amount of Gen Z bullshit.

[23:15] Conner Marx: So much noise.

[23:16] Will Champion: Yeah, dude.

[23:18] Conner Marx: Fucking Vader would listen to one verse of Espresso, and he would be like, I can't take it anymore.

[23:25] Will Champion: He'd be like, I don't want to rule this galaxy anymore.

[23:29] RJ Christian: Had you said that starring in the Coachella lineup was Jon Bon Jovi Kenobi, maybe, but that was a missed argument.

[23:34] Will Champion: How about this, though?

[23:36] Conner Marx: We Han Solo his ass, Star Wars reference.

[23:38] Will Champion: This has been a full round, yeah.

[23:39] Conner Marx: We put him on ice, and we pull him back out if we find something as powerful.

[23:46] Will Champion: I think I can be Vader.

[23:47] RJ Christian: I legitimately think I can be Vader.

[23:49] Will Champion: You legitimately think?

[23:50] RJ Christian: Yes.

[23:51] Will Champion: This will be Vader's final battle before taking his throne.

[23:54] Conner Marx: Will doesn't think of Darth Vader as the dude in the movies.

[23:57] Will Champion: He's not the dude in the movies.

[23:58] RJ Christian: I know.

[23:59] Will Champion: Oh, wait. Also, can I get the win again?

[24:02] RJ Christian: Oh.

[24:03] Will Champion: Billionaire Vader wins.

[24:05] Conner Marx: La la la la la la la.

[24:07] Will Champion: It's getting worse.

[24:08] RJ Christian: It sounds like the later movies.

[24:11] Will Champion: Somebody fucking stop one billionaire.

[24:14] RJ Christian: I've seen Alien Resurrection and a number of other sci-fi films where each failed clone attempt is in some sort of preservation liquid in a jar.

[24:20] Will Champion: It's just one G-spice away from actually being what it should be.

[24:24] RJ Christian: The fourth Michael Keaton in multiplicity.

[24:31] Will Champion: But it's Vader.

[24:32] RJ Christian: I actually touched my lightsaber.

[24:34] Will Champion: I liked it.

[24:35] RJ Christian: Every time I win, I'm just becoming more of Jeff Goldblum in the fly, and I'm like, la la la la la.

[24:38] Will Champion: RJ, you believe you can take blind billionaire Vader down?

[24:44] RJ Christian: Yes, I do.

[24:45] Will Champion: What do you have for us?

[24:46] RJ Christian: Here he comes.

[24:47] Will Champion: I have an angel that can change at will into a vampire slayer.

[24:53] RJ Christian: Whoa.

[24:54] Will Champion: That's like the guy.

[24:56] RJ Christian: If you pull Ultron out of there.

[24:58] Will Champion: Wait, did you put that?

[24:59] RJ Christian: No.

[25:00] Will Champion: Is that yours?

[25:01] RJ Christian: There's more than one ten stories tall.

[25:03] Will Champion: Choose another one.

[25:04] RJ Christian: Choose another one.

[25:05] Will Champion: No, no, no.

[25:06] RJ Christian: I'd say is ten stories tall.

[25:08] Will Champion: Okay.

[25:09] RJ Christian: And is elderly.

[25:11] Will Champion: No.

[25:12] RJ Christian: Okay.

[25:13] Will Champion: Do you have an angel in mind?

[25:14] RJ Christian: Angels are ancient beasts.

[25:16] Will Champion: This is a biblically accurate, like, I forget the name of it, like the one with all the eyes and the waist.

[25:20] RJ Christian: An Ophanim.

[25:22] Will Champion: Yes.

[25:23] RJ Christian: So let me pick for a second.

[25:24] Will Champion: Just pick Michael, dude.

[25:25] RJ Christian: Michael.

[25:26] Will Champion: Ophanim.

[25:27] RJ Christian: Michael Pell?

[25:28] Will Champion: No.

[25:29] RJ Christian: So you talk about, you know, oh, Vader can blow up planets. The angels were around before the planets, right?

[25:34] Will Champion: They are not bound by the need to be on a planet breathing oxygen.

[25:38] RJ Christian: They are.

[25:39] Will Champion: How do you kill an angel?

[25:40] RJ Christian: Somebody tell me.

[25:41] Will Champion: I don't know.

[25:42] RJ Christian: We can't probably not with a lightsaber.

[25:43] Will Champion: Probably can't slice it down.

[25:44] RJ Christian: Probably can't get push it or throw a thing into it.

[25:46] Will Champion: It is an angel.

[25:47] RJ Christian: It is beyond our moral understanding.

[25:49] Will Champion: And I think that whatever, whatever holy thing that the force is, I think the angel is, you know, is in tune with that, that thing.

[25:55] RJ Christian: And I think that no matter how dark you are, this angel will come at you.

[26:08] Will Champion: And if not, he's got the power of a vampire slayer.

[26:10] RJ Christian: So we got freaking like, you know, Simon from Castlevania sliding around, throwing bombs, casting spells on you, throwing crosses.

[26:18] Will Champion: So nasty with a whip, this angel.

[26:20] RJ Christian: I think I got enough holy energy and I'm elderly.

[26:23] Will Champion: That just means I have the experience and wisdom to defeat your ass.

[26:28] RJ Christian: And you suck.

[26:30] Will Champion: Would that mean that you're one of the first, one of the first angels?

[26:33] RJ Christian: Yeah.

[26:34] Will Champion: Oh, gee.

[26:35] RJ Christian: So also just to start, the way you're speaking about angels too, sounds like RJ Christian.

[26:39] Will Champion: A bit of a religion, religious reference, religious iconography angels are we referencing a little bit?

[26:44] RJ Christian: Yeah.

[26:46] Will Champion: Okay, great.

[26:47] RJ Christian: Then my counter argument thus begins.

[26:48] Will Champion: First and foremost, if your angel is elderly, it means that it is not timeless.

[26:51] RJ Christian: There is some sort of sense of perhaps immortality is in question.

[26:55] Will Champion: Extended mortality, extended health, sure.

[26:57] RJ Christian: But if they are elderly, elderly, not meaning thousands of years old, but elderly, that indicates the quality of deterioration whilst one ages, meaning there is fallibility in their mortal corporeal form.

[27:08] Will Champion: On top of that, even if you say, well, they're not necessarily mortal, understood.

[27:11] RJ Christian: However, again, in religiosity, there are plenty of stories of angels being cast out, cast away, perhaps by having their wings cut, cast into hell.

[27:20] Will Champion: All of this indicates that there is a possibility that angels not only can be defeated, but they can be chained and transformed.

[27:27] RJ Christian: In which case, billionaire Darth Vader who can't see would be a formidable opponent.

[27:34] Will Champion: Your argument is based on angels can't be beaten. I think that I have sufficiently debunked that they can.

[27:39] RJ Christian: And pulling a Conor Marx like Sherlock Holmes, if anyone's going to figure out how, it Vader, Dark Space Angel.

[27:46] Will Champion: It's the 25th anniversary of dogma this weekend for anybody who gets this show.

[27:49] RJ Christian: Yes, I was thinking of dogma where I was like, well, you can cut off the wings.

[27:56] Will Champion: I will say he did specify an ophanim, and these are like the Lovecraftian horror angels. These are the throne guardians, the all-seeing, be not afraid, absolute, almost conceptual beings.

[28:10] RJ Christian: But the debate period is over.

[28:13] Will Champion: Any votes for reigning four-time champion, billionaire Vader?

[28:18] RJ Christian: Not even me, I don't want to do this anymore.

[28:20] Will Champion: There's not even a vote at the table.

[28:21] RJ Christian: I don't want to do it.

[28:22] Will Champion: Votes for the elderly vampire-slaying angel?

[28:25] RJ Christian: That's five votes, baby, that's a whole table.

[28:27] Will Champion: That's a quiplash, baby!

[28:29] RJ Christian: A crazy run for Vader, absolutely crazy run.

[28:32] Will Champion: And so wait, no, uh, uh, old angel wins.

[28:36] RJ Christian: Old angel.

[28:38] Will Champion: Sorry, yeah, please hit that again.

[28:40] RJ Christian: Oh, no, no, no.

[28:42] Will Champion: You just gave it, you gave it.

[28:43] RJ Christian: Old angel wins.

[28:46] Will Champion: Be not afraid.

[28:49] RJ Christian: Great.

[28:50] Will Champion: Vulture kill.

[28:52] RJ Christian: All right, our turn.

[28:53] Will Champion: It is with so much love and respect that I'm about to destroy your shit.

[28:58] RJ Christian: Get in my shit, baby.

[28:59] Will Champion: You ready?

[29:00] RJ Christian: Yeah.

[29:01] Will Champion: A pet rock.

[29:02] RJ Christian: Sick.

[29:03] Will Champion: Oh, fuck.

[29:04] RJ Christian: Fucking dank.

[29:05] Will Champion: That has two peg legs.

[29:06] RJ Christian: Peg rock!

[29:07] Will Champion: Peg rock!

[29:09] RJ Christian: Ah, we miss you, Dev.

[29:10] Will Champion: And can only be killed by beheading.

[29:12] RJ Christian: Oh, oh, but it doesn't have a head!

[29:15] Will Champion: Holy shit!

[29:16] RJ Christian: Oh, immortal!

[29:17] Will Champion: Holy fuck.

[29:18] RJ Christian: So that's my final grab, third thing, and that's a default.

[29:22] Will Champion: But I'm not even going to base my argument on unkillability.

[29:25] RJ Christian: Yeah.

[29:26] Will Champion: I'm going to base my argument on something a little more existential, a little more cosmic.

[29:30] RJ Christian: Begin.

[29:31] Will Champion: What is the one true enemy of the angel?

[29:36] RJ Christian: Religion itself.

[29:40] Will Champion: Creationism.

[29:42] RJ Christian: Science.

[29:44] Will Champion: Rocks, to me, represent that.

[29:57] RJ Christian: 2001 A Space Odyssey time-lapse of the universe. We originate with rocks. They are the sort of simplest breakdown of the Ur-matter of the universe. This is the rock that was there at the beginning. This is the rock that will be there at the end. And when the angel looks at this rock and sees it's decided to wear a pair of peg legs, the angel is going to shed one single golden tear, realizing, to quote the late great Jennifer Lopez, life finds a way. Don't be fooled by these rocks that I got. I'm still Peggy from the blog. Peggy from the blog. Your rebuttal, old angel. Begin.

[30:47] Will Champion: I want to laser in on Pet Rock. If you're a Pet Rock, does that mean you have an owner? It means you have love. And love is a beautiful thing. But that's also a weakness.

[30:57] RJ Christian: Is it?

[31:01] Will Champion: I believe so. I choose not to define it that way.

[31:03] RJ Christian: Spoken like a fucking Vader.

[31:05] Will Champion: Well, yes, but you say, oh, the angel wouldn't do this. He'll turn into a vampire slayer. Go ahead. We're not worried about love anymore if you're in vampire slayer form.

[31:11] RJ Christian: I'm going to find your owner.

[31:15] Will Champion: You have to talk into your microphones. Everybody's turning their heads to face off with each other.

[31:20] RJ Christian: I'm going to find the owner of this Pet Rock.

[31:22] Will Champion: Sure. And I'm going to kill him.

[31:24] RJ Christian: That's fine. I'm a rock. I do not give a shit.

[31:27] Will Champion: Yes. If you don't give a shit about that, do you give a shit about this battle?

[31:30] RJ Christian: No.

[31:31] Will Champion: And that's why I will win.

[31:33] RJ Christian: Stupid.

[31:35] Will Champion: Well, how can you win if you're not fighting? You'll give up.

[31:38] RJ Christian: No, I won't give up. Angels are eternal.

[31:40] Will Champion: Rocks will deteriorate with time. Water will erode rocks. You have nothing better to do with your life.

[31:46] RJ Christian: Angels are eternal. You will have other things you wish to spend your time on as an angel.

[31:51] Will Champion: I will not. I am a rock. Angels are above time. I can play this game all fucking millennia.

[31:56] RJ Christian: We are the same in that aspect. Except that you have a level of sentience which begets boredom. Which begets interest and passion in other things. Maybe even a sense of justice in other fights that need to be fought. You can't be everywhere.

[32:07] Will Champion: I expect eternal life. You're going to have to find a way to give this thing a head.

[32:11] RJ Christian: The debate phase is over. Who votes for Peg Rock?

[32:18] Will Champion: I see we have a bunch of cowards in this room. It is the singularity of purpose that got me.

[32:23] RJ Christian: I like the singularity of purpose, too. But this is me. I know that the thing in my hand can't beat it. But I also want to throw the thing in my hand at this fucking angel.

[32:36] Will Champion: Come on. Have some faith in Will. We'll take it down. The singularity of purpose I can get behind. So I'll actually throw my vote in there. I'll give it to the rock.

[32:43] RJ Christian: The rock?

[32:45] Will Champion: I'll give it to the rock.

[32:46] RJ Christian: Three votes for the rock.

[32:48] Will Champion: Oh, that means, okay, you've got to say Peg Rock wins and give your peg back.

[32:52] RJ Christian: Peg Rock wins. Peg Rock wins.

[32:57] Will Champion: Unfortunately, it will be Peg Rock's final battle. Yeah, okay. Because I've got my favorite card in this whole thing, which is pick a comic book character.

[33:06] RJ Christian: Oh, God.

[33:07] Will Champion: You fucker. I am going to do the most childish thing I can possibly do and pick from Marvel's canon the one above all, God. A vengeful, angry, omnipotent, omnipresent being. And they get an additional power of controlling machines. I think I got this one.

[33:31] RJ Christian: I like the idea that God couldn't control machines. And then he's like, oh, thank God, I've got this. God goes to a circuit city and has a tech help lesson. He got bit by a radioactive radio shack.

[33:43] RJ Christian: And just really quickly, to set the scene for our listeners here, I want to just show we have Connor and we have William, both exceptional people at discussion, discourse, and argument. And both are sitting in their fighting positions. Will's knee is up. He's half-owling, as we say. His eyes are sparkling. He's got a little smile on his mouth. And he's had it since he realized he could pick God. Connor is doing the Connor approach, which is legs crossed, hands clasped, utterly still in a way that I could feel him buzzing with the fury within. And I am very excited. And now we begin.

[34:23] Will Champion: I'm going to fight one of them. A pleasure. The one above all is nothing if not patient. When they make their appearances in the comics, it is only usually out of moments of dire need in terms of the grander scope of things or when one single character like Peter Parker is having a crisis and needs a talk on a beach. It's a great, great comic read, that one particularly. But when the one above all arrives, that ends it. Because they are, within the frame of the comic books, they are the stand-in for the will of the writers almost and just make or unmake as they need to. I am not worried about Peg Rock's endurance. I am not worried about Peg Rock's care because if we are operating under the circumstance that Superfight operates in, where these two characters must want each other dead, then all it will take is a single flick of the wrist. If you truly require a head to be killed, then the one above all will give you a head only to take you away. It is as easy as breathing, which the one above all doesn't even need to do.

[35:30] RJ Christian: You speak from a world governed by instruction manuals, governed by wiki articles detailing how to beat a video game, how to write, read, or design a comic, which I respect. I do the same in my own life. But I question the fundamental fabric of the argument that this is predicated upon these two creatures, these two beings needing to kill one another. Because that's where I think that…

[35:50] Will Champion: I'm going to pause this right here and right now. That is the rule of the game.

[35:55] RJ Christian: Unconcerned.

[35:56] Will Champion: Okay. You're playing the game! So God gives Rock a head. God beheads it. God wakes up the next morning and feels what? Why did God do this? What does this say about God, the all-knowing, all-powerful being that can mold reality itself? That it gave a pet Rock, whose only crime was giving itself two peg legs so it could walk around, a head, just so that it could then remove that head. The American sniper argument. The sort of ouroboros of futility of that, I think, would be the first snowfall in the avalanche of God's undoing. Meanwhile, Rock exists at a level of contentment, of bliss, that not even a newborn puppy could achieve.

[37:02] RJ Christian: Is it possible for me to give God the win, but he has disadvantage in the next fight because he's like, why did I do that?

[37:06] Will Champion: Not because you're the next fight, first of all. It doesn't matter. I'm coming at you with the same energy as last round, dude. I'm a maniac.

[37:12] RJ Christian: I think… I love that. I love that take that in the next morning the sun rises and a vengeful God sheds a tear of regret for a piece of beauty that had to be removed from the playing field, but in that very sentence, it had to be removed from the playing field. And how long do you believe that God will be able to hang on to that justification for its own actions?

[37:34] Will Champion: For as long as they need.

[37:35] RJ Christian: Perhaps. But at what cost? What small crack in the veneer will grow and grow and grow? I've been asking that about the Crusades for years. What are we doing here?

[37:46] Will Champion: The debate period is over. Who votes for Peg Rock?

[37:49] RJ Christian: That is one strong vote from Connor for Peg Rock.

[37:53] Will Champion: Wow. He believes in himself. It was an unbelievable argument.

[37:58] RJ Christian: The one above all. It was beautiful. All right. God's fuck though, you guys. God's…

[38:03] Will Champion: Connor was also fully admitting where it's like, yeah, Peg Rock is fully destroyed, but it's mutually assured destruction, which ultimately is still like, well, God still won then in that case. He will win.

[38:11] RJ Christian: You guys want to know who doesn't give a shit about God?

[38:16] Will Champion: Let's hear it.

[38:17] RJ Christian: Everyone at Burning Man.

[38:18] Will Champion: No!

[38:19] RJ Christian: Not him!

[38:20] Will Champion: Not Dan! How do you have this combo? But this time they're all armed with a live T-Rex head on a stick.

[38:26] RJ Christian: Just a head?

[38:27] Will Champion: Yeah. On a stick. It's like the little snap of the bullet trigger. They have T-Rex heads on sticks, but it's alive. And they have one more power, and that is they can control gravity, baby, so they can all fly.

[38:41] RJ Christian: Holy shit! Your debate period begins.

[38:47] Will Champion: First of all, that's just like roughly 40,000 people coming at you, which means 40,000 T-Rex heads, and I know that like, you know, could God make a T-Rex head so strong that it couldn't bite him is like, you know, a whole different existential problem, but I'm just saying they can control gravity, which means that they control the forces of nature, which means that they can unmake God. And in the face of that, if God loves, I've made rules, gravity behaves this way, and then all of Burning Man turns that on its head, I think God will for the first time doubt himself. It is in that moment where the one above all realizes that they aren't utterly in control, that people can defy the rules that he has made.

That is when he will feel the first prick of a live T-Rex head on a stick attacking his ankles, and as they chew at his giant ankles, he will just give up. He'll sit down and be like, maybe I shouldn't be in charge because I didn't think... to defend myself against everybody at Burning Man coming at me with armed... with T-Rex heads on a stick. The end.

[39:55] RJ Christian: I hear you. Cool, cool, we want to vote now or what's up?

[39:58] Will Champion: Would you define those as machines?

[40:00] RJ Christian: No.

[40:01] Will Champion: Okay. The only thing I feel like I need to posit here is that you're on this bender about rules, and rules being broken, and rules being remade, but that is what the one above all is about, is reshaping the rules as they need to. This is a death match here in Super Fight, and if the one above all has command over the structure of reality, if you suddenly can control gravity, well now gravity... Whoops, it's upside down now, God fell down.

[40:27] RJ Christian: It's gone.

[40:28] Will Champion: God fell down!

[40:29] RJ Christian: You are not...

[40:31] Will Champion: I don't know that I accept the automatic invulnerability to anything in the nature of creation. The one above all, by nature, is completely omnipresent and omnipotent. It's the end of the line. There is nowhere else to go. Way to pick a fun character, Willis.

[40:46] RJ Christian: I told you I was doing the most childish thing possible! To get rid of an angel!

[40:49] Will Champion: I don't know, I just don't... I'm just kidding. It's hard for me to... Theologically, it's hard for me to accept that God creates and then just...

[40:57] RJ Christian: But this isn't the Christian God. This is the Marvel God.

[40:59] Will Champion: Yeah, but I mean, that's lots of gods. Like, gods go insane, gods doubt, gods die, gods rise and fall, they're taken over by other pantheons, you can zoom out to the next one, fucking Praxis comes in and fucking shits on this dude and there's nothing he can do about it. And, uh, yeah.

[41:19] RJ Christian: Shall we put it to a vote?

[41:21] Will Champion: Vote's full. Also, everybody on Coachella is on... Everybody at Burning Man has come... They were at Coachella earlier and they were ten stories tall and they were having a weird day and now they're at Burning Man and they're on so much mushrooms that they think they're gods.

[41:37] RJ Christian: Just remind me, what is the effigy about?

[41:40] Will Champion: Oh, that's a good point.

[41:41] RJ Christian: In Burning Man?

[41:42] Will Champion: Yeah. I mean, it's about impermanence.

[41:44] RJ Christian: Okay.

[41:45] Will Champion: Yeah, I mean, it's about, like, building something just for the beauty of creation and enjoying it and then, like...

[41:52] RJ Christian: It's essentially a big, like, performance art zen garden.

[41:56] Will Champion: Okay. Vote's for...

[42:00] RJ Christian: Vote's for Burning Man.

[42:05] Will Champion: That's four votes for Burning Man, baby. The one above all takes their repose and...

[42:11] RJ Christian: What was the other qualifier?

[42:12] Will Champion: Huh?

[42:13] RJ Christian: What were they doing?

[42:14] Will Champion: Oh. They, uh... We're all armed with live T-Rex heads on sticks.

[42:19] RJ Christian: Burning T-Rex Man wins.

[42:23] Will Champion: Hey man, do you have any more ketamine?

[42:25] RJ Christian: Do-do-do-do-do-do.

[42:29] Will Champion: William, how are you feeling?

[42:31] RJ Christian: Perfectly fine.

[42:34] Will Champion: It's all very silly. Well, friends, as per usual, we have about five minutes until we all have to get ready to go do a show, but this is, like... this game gets so rowdy and insane. Like, we were all lying to each other playing Blood on the Clock Tower in this room the other day, and the stakes are weirdly higher. It's talking about God. Superfight brings out the best and the worst in literally everybody who comes to the table. It's so funny because it always just gets to God. It got this way last time. It got to, like, just these two. We have to have two, like, immortal beings, like, clashing in the head. There have been times... Because there are, like, custom cards where you can write your own things, which would be kind of fun, but I often keep those out because it's, like, spur of the moment.

I've done ones where I've taken all the, like, choose-your-own-thing out of here because I find it often more fun to find what they've come up with. Like, a giant killer clown or something than doing this.

[43:23] RJ Christian: Or two music festivals in a row.

[43:25] Will Champion: Yeah, exactly, exactly. Wild. I was so happy when I pulled it out. It's unbelievable. If anyone deserves to advocate for the power of a music festival, it's his eye.

[43:31] RJ Christian: It's his eye, yes, absolutely. Well, it has been a pleasure...

[43:35] Will Champion: Single-mindedness, you know, they're coming at you.

[43:38] RJ Christian: Yes, take us out. It has been a pleasure fighting with all of you, seeing all of your defensive stances, thoughtful nods, and absolute lunacy. I love you all deeply. You are wonderful, and I respect you. And I take all of this personally, and I will never forget it. The win streak of blind billionaire Vader has yet to be defeated.

[43:56] Will Champion: That's crazy.

[43:59] RJ Christian: Oh, man. Maddie, give us a little song, would you?

[44:02] Madelyn Murphy: Ba-da-ba-da-ba-ba. We fought each other. We did it with love. I respect these hoes. And we gots to bounce. We have Vader peg rocks. Even God, but in the end, Burning Man, he laid down the law. So, ba-da-ba-da-ba-ba. Nat 20!

[44:22] Will Champion: Okay! Oh, next time, can we see if Jon Bon Jovi-Kenobi could win against Darth Vader? I would love to be present in your argument.

[44:49] RJ Christian: Thanks for watching!
