Grey Henson is currently starring as Buddy the Elf in Broadway’s limited engagement of Elf The Musical. He made his Broadway debut as Elder McKinley in Broadway’s The Book of Mormon, a role that he performed on the first national tour. He starred as Storyteller 2 in the 2022 Broadway musical of Shucked, which received a Tony Award Nomination for Best New Musical and received Tony and Drama Award nominations for his performance as Damian in the original Broadway cast of Mean Girls. He recently made his Kennedy Center debut in Tick Tick Boom. On television, Grey recurred as Tate in Netflix’s Girls5Eva and on ABC’s Suburgatory. Additionally, he can be seen in Sony Pictures A Journal for Jordan directed by Denzel Washington. He is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University.
