Hey Glee Project Geeks! This week is pair-ability week, and we aren't talking about the fruit! Andrew tells us all about his trip to Disney World before we get INTO this whirlwind of a Mandela Effect episode. [0:00] Andrew: We've got a mission to find the best song that's ever been on Glee.

[0:09] Andrew: There's no one reason to it, so don't get mad at me.

[0:26] Andrew: Glacket by Glackett.

[0:28] Andrew: We'll rank everyone.

[0:35] Andrew: Gleek of the Week.

[0:37] Andrew: Gleek, Gleek, Gleek of the Week.

[0:41] Andrew: It's Gleek, Gleek of the Week.

[0:44] Andrew: Hi, Gleeks.

[0:45] Andrew: I think I'm gonna get a new computer.

[0:47] Andrew: So I looked up BestBuy.com.

[0:51] Andrew: BestBuy.com.

[0:52] Andrew: Mac Trade In.

[0:53] Andrew: And they're like, okay, enter your model number.

[0:56] Andrew: I enter my model number.

[0:57] Andrew: And they're like, yeah, we would give you $60 for your computer.

[1:02] Andrew: Yeah, because I just go to the Apple store and they're like, yeah, we're just gonna take this.

[1:06] Andrew: That okay? You're done. You're good actually.

[1:09] Andrew: They always convince me that it's like, this is actually a piece of shit. We'll throw it out for you.

[1:14] Andrew: Right.

[1:14] Andrew: And I'm like, I just believe it blindly.

[1:17] Andrew: But I would like the $60.

[1:19] Andrew: I completely believe in this case.

[1:22] Andrew: Oh yeah. What I believed to be a brand new computer when I bought it was actually three years old.

[1:31] Andrew: So it was already out of date when I bought it, and now I've had it for like a... it wasn't like used.

[1:37] Andrew: It wasn't used.

[1:38] Andrew: Okay.

[1:39] Andrew: But it's just slow as fuck, and I think I'm gonna get a new Mac and I think I'm gonna do one of those Klarna things.

[1:46] Andrew: I'm gonna do it on credit.

[1:47] Andrew: This is not sponsored by Klarna, but I'm gonna put it.

[1:52] Andrew: You did the Klarna for the Eras tour.

[1:53] Andrew: I did Klarna for the Eras Tour, and it was really fun because I was like, I get the benefits now and pay later.

[2:00] Andrew: I was thinking about doing Klarna for Leah Michele's Funny Girl last performance.

[2:05] Andrew: And I was like, I can't make... I don't even if it's like a hundred dollars a month, I just don't want to be paying that shit off.

[2:12] Andrew: It was annoying because Klarna, I thought it was gonna be once a month payment, but it was every two weeks payment.

[2:18] Andrew: Yeah, no.

[2:19] Andrew: So I was like, oh shit, oh shit, oh shit.

[2:21] Andrew: But I paid off my Taylor Swift tickets.

[2:23] Andrew: Oh, it's done.

[2:24] Andrew: Yeah, Taylor Swift is done.

[2:26] Andrew: I've... that's been peeling for a month.

[2:28] Andrew: Really?

[2:28] Andrew: That happened like not too long ago.

[2:31] Andrew: No, I thought it was gonna take months, but it was every two weeks.

[2:34] Andrew: So it took eight weeks since I saw the concert.

[2:36] Andrew: Wow.

[2:37] Andrew: Um, but they have a program at Best Buy called... it's like MacBook Forever.

[2:42] Andrew: And I used to do this with my iPhone where I would lease my phone, and every time a new one came out, I'd just get the new one.

[2:49] Andrew: Oh, free of charge and just keep paying.

[2:52] Andrew: So for $20 a month, you lease your Mac, and every time a new Mac comes out, you get a new one.

[3:00] Andrew: Oh my fucking God.

[3:04] Andrew: Oh no.

[3:05] Andrew: Um, this is unrelated to the Mac conversation.

[3:08] Andrew: Oh, this is not related to the Mac conversation.

[3:10] Andrew: Holy shit.

[3:12] Andrew: Um, do you wanna... you wanna go take care of that?

[3:15] Andrew: No, audio medium, what's going on?

[3:19] Andrew: I'm having menstrual cramps.

[3:21] Andrew: If you're... if you have a uterus, I don't.

[3:24] Andrew: I don't think you're gonna... anybody that does, actually.

[3:28] Andrew: Not a single listener has a uterus.

[3:31] Andrew: Um, yeah, I got big time big bad boy cramps.

[3:35] Andrew: So if you hear me go, uh, that's what's going on.

[3:38] Andrew: I did take a heavy dose of ibuprofen right before this recording.

[3:42] Andrew: I will say that I did that exact same sound multiple times while watching the episode that we're recapping.

[3:49] Andrew: And it's not related to my menstrual cycle.

[3:52] Andrew: So, uh, in a cringe way.

[3:55] Andrew: It's like multiple ways.

[3:57] Andrew: I think that it's just like... that sound can really be defined by so much.

[4:02] Andrew: You're making a face that I'm really concerned for your well-being.

[4:05] Andrew: Yeah, it feels like I'm being stabbed in the crotch.

[4:08] Andrew: Like it really fucking hurts.

[4:10] Andrew: Wow.

[4:11] Andrew: So what do you... but as a woman, we have to do fucking everything with cramps.

[4:15] Andrew: As somebody with a uterus, you just gotta live with the cramps.

[4:19] Andrew: You gotta go do a show with cramps.

[4:21] Andrew: You know who probably had cramps? Leah Michele doing Funny Girl.

[4:25] Andrew: I'm gonna assume she had cramps.

[4:27] Andrew: Yeah.

[4:28] Andrew: And she's still jumped all over the goddamn place.

[4:32] Andrew: Yeah.

[4:33] Andrew: Because we are just expected to live through pain.

[4:35] Andrew: Right, sure.

[4:36] Andrew: Sure.

[4:37] Andrew: So that's... I'm saying sure, as if it's like okay.

[4:39] Andrew: Sure, yeah.

[4:40] Andrew: It's yet to be scientifically proven.

[4:43] Andrew: I guess maybe one day.

[4:45] Andrew: All right, nice theory.

[4:47] Andrew: Um, all right.

[4:49] Andrew: Uh, but yeah.

[4:52] Andrew: How are you?

[4:53] Andrew: I'm getting a new computer, but I'm also having cramps and uh, I know you don't have a... you don't have a uterus that... it doesn't sound like you have a uterus that's working as well as your Mac that is.

[5:03] Andrew: Exactly.

[5:03] Andrew: My... both of my... both my uterus and my Mac hate me.

[5:07] Andrew: Yeah.

[5:07] Andrew: So I'm getting it from both ends, both... but like my bars hate her.

[5:11] Andrew: Doctors hate her.

[5:12] Andrew: Um, my Mac and my uterus teamed up.

[5:15] Andrew: Um, they're my favorite pair ability, if you know what I mean.

[5:17] Andrew: Oh, there it is.

[5:20] Andrew: What do you think your... what do you think your uterus and your Mac would sing?

[5:27] Andrew: Um, they would sing "Gunpowder and Lead" by Miranda Lambert.

[5:32] Andrew: Um, it is about murder, so... and they're both trying to kill me, so...

[5:34] Andrew: Oh, I can't wait to hear it.

[5:39] Andrew: Yeah, it's really good, coming to a streaming service near you.

[5:43] Andrew: Wow, okay.

[5:44] Andrew: Beep beep bop bop.

[5:46] Andrew: What does a uterus sound like?

[5:50] Andrew: You did it at such a pitch where I can't hear it.

[5:53] Andrew: Oh, it was uh... so beep beep bop up.

[6:01] Andrew: I love this song.

[6:03] Andrew: Turn it up.

[6:04] Andrew: Turn it up.

[6:05] Andrew: Um, well, okay, I'm sorry that everything is happening for you.

[6:11] Andrew: Yeah, I'm dying.

[6:12] Andrew: How are you?

[6:13] Andrew: I just got back from Disney World.

[6:14] Andrew: How was that?

[6:16] Andrew: How was that?

[6:17] Andrew: That was good.

[6:18] Andrew: Have you... uh, I guess.

[6:20] Andrew: You have Disney World?

[6:21] Andrew: Yes.

[6:21] Andrew: You've been... you've worked for the Disney Company.

[6:24] Andrew: Uh, I did not work for the mouse, but I worked for a company that is paid by...

[6:29] Andrew: I needed to... I forgot to let you know that um, we were walking through the damn Animal Kingdom.

[6:35] Andrew: Did you see the birds?

[6:36] Andrew: And no, we did... we like we walked through the area.

[6:41] Andrew: I remember you showing me the part where it's not the bird show, but it's like the thing that they do with the macaws.

[6:48] Andrew: Yep.

[6:49] Andrew: Where they... they have the macaws do a circle.

[6:53] Andrew: And we walked at that exact moment when the macaws were like... why do they tell the macaws to go so damn low to the ground that it's like if I didn't duck, I think I wouldn't be here for this recording.

[7:09] Andrew: I think I would be dead on site.

[7:11] Andrew: Well, you can't... you can't tell a bird to fly high or fly low.

[7:16] Andrew: It's their choice.

[7:17] Andrew: I think some of these birds have simply been flying and doing that routine for so long.

[7:23] Andrew: Yeah, that they're just having fun with it.

[7:26] Andrew: Like when they're flip-flopping around in the air, that's what they call play flying.

[7:30] Andrew: So they're just flip-flopping in the air.

[7:32] Andrew: And honestly, if there's not a ton of wind for a bird to fly on, they need to get close to the ground so that they are close to water or close to a surface.

[7:44] Andrew: So when they flap, there's resistance, like air resistance to get up and to keep going.

[7:50] Andrew: If they were just high in the sky flapping, they'd be like, uh, falling out of the sky.

[7:55] Andrew: I do be famously close to the ground.

[7:57] Andrew: You do be famously close to the ground.

[7:58] Andrew: You're one of the shortest people I know.

[8:00] Andrew: That's where I walk.

[8:01] Andrew: Yeah.

[8:01] Andrew: That's where you walk.

[8:02] Andrew: And uh, but that's fun.

[8:04] Andrew: You have to see the birds.

[8:05] Andrew: I saw the birds, I was scared.

[8:07] Andrew: Um, yeah.

[8:09] Andrew: Saw the birds, saw damn Kevin walking around.

[8:12] Andrew: Yep, he do be out there.

[8:14] Andrew: He do be out there, and I'm constantly amazed that they were able to like create that costume for Kevin from Up.

[8:22] Andrew: I... well, it's actually Kevin.

[8:23] Andrew: There's nobody in there.

[8:25] Andrew: Oh, yeah, that's right.

[8:26] Andrew: Sorry.

[8:27] Andrew: Kevin's a real bird.

[8:28] Andrew: Please don't take his identity away from him.

[8:31] Andrew: Stop destroying that illusion.

[8:32] Andrew: That's... that's real.

[8:33] Andrew: Yep, that is her identity.

[8:36] Andrew: Her.

[8:37] Andrew: Don't do that.

[8:40] Andrew: Um, then wait, I wanted to talk about the Guardians of the Galaxy ride.

[8:46] Andrew: How was it?

[8:47] Andrew: That was so damn fun.

[8:49] Andrew: And I think it added to the fun the fact that we didn't know what we were going into.

[8:56] Andrew: Like we didn't watch any videos of like the POV or anything.

[9:02] Andrew: Like we just knew that it was like gonna get crazy.

[9:05] Andrew: And we heard the screams, and we were both looking at each other like, uh oh, like, should we leave this line?

[9:11] Andrew: It might be too crazy.

[9:13] Andrew: Oh, uh-oh.

[9:14] Andrew: Uh-oh.

[9:14] Andrew: But then we did it three times.

[9:16] Andrew: It was so good.

[9:17] Andrew: Three times?

[9:18] Andrew: How long was the line?

[9:19] Andrew: Well, we did the Genie Plus lightning lane thing.

[9:23] Andrew: And so, but like still with that, it's still like easily like a half hour wait.

[9:30] Andrew: Okay.

[9:30] Andrew: That's in the grand scheme of things.

[9:32] Andrew: The grand scheme of things.

[9:33] Andrew: But yeah, but well, I mean, like the... that ride was so weird because it was like, I don't like these rides where it's like you go into a room, you like get like the video of like Glenn Close being like, oh my god, like guys, everything is going crazy right now.

[9:49] Andrew: You're the only one that could save it.

[9:50] Andrew: And then Terry Crews comes in and it's like, this is how you save it.

[9:53] Andrew: And then the Guardians come in and they're like, we'll help you.

[9:56] Andrew: And then it's like you go... like you had to go into another room.

[10:01] Andrew: In Guardians?

[10:02] Andrew: You didn't see any Ellen DeGeneres in there.

[10:05] Andrew: Why would Ellen be in Guardians?

[10:08] Andrew: I'm pretty sure that the Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind, the ride at the Disney Parks, was built on Ellen's Energy Adventure.

[10:18] Andrew: Oh.

[10:19] Andrew: No.

[10:20] Andrew: So they... they tore down Ellen's Energy Adventure to build Cosmic Rewind.

[10:24] Andrew: So I felt like they would give little Easter eggs, but maybe...

[10:27] Andrew: I've only seen the first... also struck work.

[10:30] Andrew: I'm just saying this up front.

[10:31] Andrew: G-O-G.

[10:33] Andrew: G-O-T-G.

[10:34] Andrew: G-O-T-G.

[10:35] Andrew: I've seen the first and the last.

[10:37] Andrew: I've not seen the middle, which I've... I feel like I've not heard the best things about.

[10:41] Andrew: Honestly.

[10:43] Andrew: I mean, I guess you watched the third, but in order to get the third, you gotta watch like Avengers.

[10:50] Andrew: Which I haven't.

[10:51] Andrew: Their storyline is heavy in like Civil War and Avengers Endgame.

[10:58] Andrew: If I cried...

[10:58] Andrew: Yeah, then you got the main point.

[11:02] Andrew: You're not getting all the lore, you're not getting all the special.

[11:10] Andrew: That's true.

[11:11] Andrew: That's true.

[11:12] Andrew: Um, but I will say that there was no animal cruelty in Cosmic Rewind.

[11:17] Andrew: Thank God.

[11:18] Andrew: And you rode it three times.

[11:19] Andrew: Which songs did you get?

[11:20] Andrew: So the first time I got "Disco Inferno," made famous by Amber Riley.

[11:28] Andrew: Um, and then the second and third time, I was like really rooting for a different song the third time, but the second and third time we both got... we got "September" by um, oh my gosh.

[11:41] Andrew: Remember... do you remember the 21st night of September?

[11:47] Andrew: And yeah, I was like, I looked up like what songs were possible and like "Conga" by um, Gloria Estefan was a possibility and "One Way or Another" by Blondie was a possibility.

[11:57] Andrew: I was like, oh my god, I really want those.

[11:59] Andrew: Which is the one that everybody wants?

[12:02] Andrew: What?

[12:02] Andrew: It's like the... what's the most rare one?

[12:04] Andrew: Do you know?

[12:05] Andrew: I have no idea.

[12:06] Andrew: And I didn't know if it was everybody's rare... everybody... I don't know if it was based off of like cart or based off of like ride.

[12:15] Andrew: No idea.

[12:16] Andrew: Leave it in the comments below.

[12:18] Andrew: I have not personally ridden it.

[12:20] Andrew: I would love to.

[12:21] Andrew: You gotta do it.

[12:23] Andrew: I left Disney World right before Star Wars Land opened in Hollywood Studios.

[12:32] Andrew: So a couple years... like, uh, four years ago at this point.

[12:36] Andrew: So I have not ridden that ride.

[12:37] Andrew: I'm very sorry.

[12:38] Andrew: I will say that the entire trip was obviously based around the fact that Toy Story Land had a new restaurant.

[12:46] Andrew: And I was... the restaurant was barbecue themed, and yeah, those are my two main interests.

[12:52] Andrew: Um, barbecue and Toy Story.

[12:57] Andrew: Uh, I literally like I was on the verge of tears like the entire time.

[13:02] Andrew: I was like, this is so beautiful.

[13:04] Andrew: I remember going to Toy Story Land for the first time with you and just being like, oh my god.

[13:10] Andrew: Like, there's a fucking glue bottle that is amazing.

[13:14] Andrew: Like 16 feet tall, and I'm like, oh my god, I love this shit.

[13:14] Andrew: I love this shit.

[13:19] Andrew: This is my shit.

[13:20] Andrew: I wanna live here.

[13:21] Andrew: Like, I literally... I'll say it in audio format, recorded format that um, you can spread my ashes there.

[13:28] Andrew: I don't think they allow that.

[13:30] Andrew: I will do my best.

[13:33] Andrew: I would like that.

[13:35] Andrew: Okay.

[13:37] Andrew: I love you.

[13:38] Andrew: I love you.

[13:40] Andrew: Um, do you remember when we were at Disneyland and we played those games and won stuff?

[13:48] Andrew: Oh, at Pixar Pier.

[13:49] Andrew: Pixar Pier, did you win anything or did just me?

[13:53] Andrew: I think it was just like you play the game and you automatically win. It was like one of those things where it's like you scoop something out of the water, and if you scoop something out of the water, then you got a prize. I think it was a star. It was you got a star and I got Jesse.

[14:09] Guest: Yeah, you got Jesse.

[14:10] Andrew: I got Jesse. But I'm hosting Disney Pixar Trivia in a couple weeks. Which I think I'm gonna say on the record, I've been to two Disney Pixar Trivia, and I've won both.

[14:22] Guest: Insane.

[14:22] Andrew: You should come to mine.

[14:23] Guest: Okay, I'll fly out in the world.

[14:25] Andrew: September 27th is um, but I think I'm gonna bring Jesse and give that to like the first place prize. Give that to the second place.

[14:34] Guest: What do they does first place like win something?

[14:36] Andrew: First, second, and third all win something. So I'm just gonna add it to somebody's prize.

[14:42] Guest: Okay, okay.

[14:43] Andrew: I don't know who's yet.

[14:44] Guest: You don't want to hold on to Jessie, you're done with her.

[14:46] Andrew: Jesse doesn't sit in my closet. She's been getting the Sarah McLaughlin treatment in my closet this whole time.

[14:53] Guest: So somebody loved me.

[14:57] Andrew: Everything was they put that shit at Toy Storyland as if it's on the same like level of vibes that you've got a friend in me is. And I'm like, no.

[15:11] Guest: No.

[15:12] Andrew: I can't hear you.

[15:12] Guest: I don't know what you're saying.

[15:13] Andrew: Oh, I'm singing you uh did it?

[15:16] Guest: Oh fuck, I tried to do it again. Um you've got a friend in me. I'm singing the doo doo doo doo doo.

[15:24] Andrew: Yeah, and it's just like that's not the vibe that I want Sarah McLaughlin.

[15:28] Guest: No, come on, Sarah.

[15:30] Andrew: Come on, Sarah. For this low price, you can help an animal in need.

[15:37] Guest: Um, and then also, oh my god. I gotta tell you the story of Oh yeah, meeting Joshy Sussman!

[15:48] Andrew: Josie Sussy. Um so it was actually the night after we went to um the Toy Story Lane barbecue.

[15:58] Guest: Okay.

[15:59] Andrew: And we came back and we were so exhausted, and all we wanted to do was sleep. And we were like, oh, we got back to the hotel, and the hotel like provided like $30 credit for the convenience store in the lobby. And so we were like, oh, we didn't use that yet. Let's like buy something. And so go into the convenience store, and I am so tired. And at that point, I had already that morning, the morning that I woke up, that morning when I woke up, I went down to the convenience store to get iced coffee. And I thought that I saw my friend Ben. And I was half asleep, so I was like, oh, that's Ben. I'm not really ready to talk to him. But like, I guess like I will have to like compose myself in a way to be able to talk to my good friend Ben. But it wasn't actually him. It really did look like Ben. Why would it be Ben? I'm not sure.

[16:49] Guest: And so I walk into the convenience store like 12 hours later, more than 12 hours later, and I see the back of what I would believe to be Josh Sussman. And um, I just I say with a question mark at the end, Josh Sussman. And he turns around and he says, Andrew McGuire of Gleek the Week podcast, as he should.

[17:10] Andrew: He said that.

[17:11] Guest: He didn't.

[17:15] Andrew: What?

[17:15] Guest: He knew who you were.

[17:16] Andrew: He knew who I was.

[17:17] Guest: That is so fucking good.

[17:19] Andrew: Yeah, I don't want to say that as like elitist, but I'm like, yeah, we're friends. We do DM.

[17:22] Guest: We do be DMing.

[17:24] Andrew: Um I do love a Joshy Sus. And um, and so Josh was like, oh my god, we should take a picture and post it, and we talked, and there were conversations that I am not privy to share in recorded format.

[17:44] Guest: But you'll tell me later.

[17:45] Andrew: But I'll tell you later. Josh, we were like, we're just chatting. He's a big Disney boy. And so it was like.

[17:53] Guest: Was his girlfriend there?

[17:54] Andrew: His girlfriend was not with him.

[17:56] Guest: And so he was there for a wedding with his girlfriend. The girlfriend was not in the convenience store. And so he was going to Hollywood Studios tomorrow, and I was like, oh, we were just there today. We're going to Epcot tomorrow. And I was like, yeah, we gonna be drinking. And he was like, um, eat lemon. If you eat lemon, it's good for your liver. And so I did not know that. And so hot tip from Josh Sussman.

[18:24] Guest: So drink vodka lemonades, is what you're saying.

[18:26] Andrew: That's what I understand. Yeah, it kind of balances each other out. It's like good for you and bad for you. So it's just kind of it's like celery, it's like negative calories.

[18:36] Guest: Right.

[18:36] Andrew: So um, but yeah. So beautiful. That is amazing. It just felt like an entire dream. I was very tired going into that experience, and then I could not sleep after.

[18:48] Guest: Wow.

[18:49] Andrew: I was like, I got back to the hotel room and I'm like, that I just had a very casual conversation with Jacob and Israel. From the hit redacted show Glee.

[19:00] Guest: Mm-hmm.

[19:00] Andrew: Wow.

[19:01] Guest: Wow.

[19:03] Andrew: In fucking sane.

[19:04] Guest: Yeah.

[19:05] Andrew: Congratulations.

[19:07] Guest: Thank you.

[19:07] Andrew: I that was wild. Anyway. When you texted me, guess who I just saw in the lobby? I was like.

[19:17] Guest: No idea.

[19:18] Andrew: I mean, we gotta devote an entire hour and a half to the Donnellys.

[19:24] Guest: Which was your first guess.

[19:26] Andrew: I do love the Donnellys. I'm just everyone go check out It's the Donnellys on YouTube. They are the most pure innocent family in the world, and I would simply die for them.

[19:38] Guest: I would die for them.

[19:39] Andrew: Yeah. I definitely would. Okay, do you want to talk for an hour about um the hit oxygen show, the Glee Project, episode five?

[19:41] Guest: Episode five.

[19:50] Andrew: Episode five parability? I've been waiting 12 years to talk about it, and I think now's the time. I've got a lot to say.

[19:57] Guest: Okay.

[19:57] Andrew: Glee go the week.

[20:01] Guest: Hi.

[20:01] Andrew: Oh, wait, what what did we do? Oh, wait, no, that was the same as Danny Phantom. How do we do parability?

[20:09] Guest: Para parapera, para para billeti.

[20:14] Andrew: You hated that.

[20:16] Guest: Oh, I was gonna do pear.

[20:18] Andrew: Uh, tea.

[20:20] Guest: Pear.

[20:21] Andrew: Uh, billet.

[20:24] Guest: Pear.

[20:25] Andrew: Uh billet.

[20:27] Guest: Uh-huh.

[20:28] Andrew: Pear.

[20:29] Guest: That's the entire hour.

[20:31] Andrew: Uh huh. Okay, we're just fucking making words up now, right?

[20:36] Guest: Oh, Darren Christmas was the first to admit.

[20:39] Andrew: Hey, that's not a word.

[20:40] Guest: Parability?

[20:42] Andrew: Not a word.

[20:43] Guest: Not a word, baby.

[20:45] Andrew: But you know what? When they all walk into the damn room and see parability, need you now, Lady A. Shit.

[20:52] Guest: They literally all pulled their all pulled their pants down and shit.

[20:53] Andrew: And shit.

[20:58] Guest: All over that choir room set.

[21:00] Andrew: They wet themselves, they shit, they laid eggs.

[21:03] Guest: Yeah.

[21:03] Andrew: They did it all.

[21:05] Guest: They did it all.

[21:06] Andrew: But before that. Did anybody catch this like subtle? It felt like a drag in the recap where they were like, speaking of bottoms, Mateus.

[21:16] Guest: I know.

[21:17] Andrew: What was that about?

[21:18] Guest: I was like, oh, are we saying whether they're tops or bottoms? Or like.

[21:22] Andrew: Yeah. So the so the recap said, speaking like M Marissa, Lindsay, Samuel, like they're all like, they're all good and they're all stayed out of the bottom free. Stay out of the bottom. Speaking of bottoms, Mateus and Alex are like falling on their asses. And I'm like, wait a minute. Wait a second. What are you saying here?

[21:43] Guest: I don't know. I'm gonna investigate and get back to you.

[21:45] Andrew: I need the man who does the voice recaps to call me. I think it's Ian Brennan, so I think if you have him in your inbox, then please let me know. The phone works both ways, Ian Brennan. Respond to my call.

[22:00] Guest: Oh, I hate that.

[22:02] Andrew: You just said the phone works both ways. That really brought up some really traumatic memories for me.

[22:08] Guest: Oh fuck. Oh toxic, toxic, toxic, toxic.

[22:13] Andrew: Um, okay, so the homework assignment this week is Need You Now.

[22:18] Guest: Mm-hmm.

[22:19] Andrew: By Lady A. Yes. And um this episode, I genuinely think is one of the most meme-worthy.

[22:29] Guest: Totally.

[22:30] Andrew: I was watching it and I was building the carousel in my mind. Literally. Wait, before we start, do we want to say what pairability means to us?

[22:39] Guest: Oh, what pairability means to us.

[22:40] Andrew: Well, I do want to say that pairability means to me compatibility.

[22:48] Guest: Sure.

[22:49] Andrew: Which in a way means like lovey dovey lovey dovey, kiss, kiss, kiss, kiss.

[22:53] Guest: Yes.

[22:54] Andrew: Like, I assumed all pair abilities would be romantic. But I think what they did with it is just sang duets. Not all of them were romantic. They just had songs where two people sang, which is not necessarily pairability to me. That's when you're a pair. When you're a pair, you're kissing. When you're a pair. If you're singing a duet, you could be platonic.

[23:19] Guest: Hmm.

[23:20] Andrew: I will say that you continue to be so galaxy brained about these assignments that it's because I go to therapy now.

[23:30] Guest: And here I am going to weekly therapy since I was going to therapy. Since I was in the damn fifth grade.

[23:38] Andrew: And I am not on the level of like nuance that you are at. I'm just honestly, I'm like, you've leveled up so quickly in therapy.

[23:50] Guest: Well, the thing is, is like this show. If we just said what happens on this show and didn't have our own nuances, we'd have 20 minute long episodes.

[24:01] Andrew: Oh, for sure. I I pause the episode and I'm like, how can I make this nuanced? How can I bring a light to this that will never be shown elsewhere?

[24:12] Guest: Exactly.

[24:13] Andrew: How can I be a little bit more vulnerable, a little bit more intimate with our audience? Um Joe Hughes saying exactly what was about to come out of my mouth. And that's why we want to take a moment to thank our sponsor today, BetterHelp.

[24:26] Guest: BetterHelp is not a sponsor of this podcast.

[24:31] Andrew: BetterHelp is not a sponsor of this podcast. Actually, is a sponsor of every other podcast in the world except for ours.

[24:38] Guest: The reports just came out. Cool, BetterHelp. Thanks.

[24:42] Andrew: Cool. Thanks. You know who we do have? Blue Apron.

[24:45] Guest: So go fuck yourself.

[24:48] Andrew: Is Blue Apron really a sponsor of our podcast?

[24:50] Guest: No, it's not. The last time I listened, I think I heard a fucking.

[24:55] Andrew: I hear a I mean, are Spotify ads curated towards you though?

[25:00] Guest: I don't know how it actually. I know that like we've gotten like army ads.

[25:06] Andrew: I don't listen to army. Like I edit, I release it, and that's on you. I don't know what you're hearing. So please, this is actually like a call to call to action.

[25:14] Guest: Call to action.

[25:20] Andrew: Because when I listen to old episodes, I get new ads.

[25:24] Guest: Okay, Joe is saying in the in the chat that they get a lot of sports betting apps.

[25:29] Andrew: What does that mean?

[25:31] Guest: We do a lot of like parlay, like fucking fantasy football.

[25:35] Andrew: That fantasy football actually is like not that far from Glackett.

[25:40] Guest: Okay, Cassie is agreeing. Gambling apps are big and promoting other podcasts, which is actually not allowed.

[25:51] Andrew: Yeah, all these people are patrons, so that's true. So they get ad-free episodes.

[25:56] Guest: Wait, wait a second. Wait a minute. We should get the gambling, the gambling app ads, and then the better help ads so that when with to help with the gambling addictions. Because if you're getting the gambling ads all the time.

[26:13] Andrew: Really throwing our listeners through a whole journey.

[26:20] Guest: Um my god. Thank you, Joe Hughes for the case. Just put that shit on silent and just let it go over and over and over so we get the revenue.

[26:30] Andrew: Thanks, everybody. Uh, in the revenues, I I really appreciate it, Joe. I really, really do appreciate it. I need to let everybody know that the revenue that we get from those ads is literally nickels and dimes, if not pennies. So just keep keep it on repeat. Just keep it on a loop. And maybe we will get a dollar. And we'll get a couple dollars. But that's why we that's why we love our patrons. Um let's get back to the episode.

[26:54] Guest: So pairability, what does pairability mean to you?

[26:57] Andrew: I don't know that two people are paired together.

[27:01] Guest: Okay.

[27:01] Andrew: Like, I don't know what to tell you. Like, I'm like, is a pear a citrus fruit, or no?

[27:10] Guest: No, I don't think so.

[27:12] Andrew: No, Joe is agreeing.

[27:14] Guest: I don't want it to make it sound like Joe is the only person in the chat, but Joe is very chat.

[27:19] Andrew: There's actually millions of people right now in the chat. Um Genus Pyrus. Thank you, Joe. Thank you. Thank you, Joe. Thank you. Capture you just said. Um so pair ability is the theme this week. Everybody's coupled up into uh little groups. What the pairs were um the pairs were Hannah and Damian together. Very cute. Cute cute. Cute. Uh Mateus Alex.

[27:45] Andrew: Okay, there's something in the water. What are we doing? Where are we going? How are we getting there?

[27:50] Guest: Cameron and Marissa. Sexy sexy. Sexy sexy big time, tall redheads. I love them.

[27:56] Andrew: Right. Samuel Lindsay. Comedic genius.

[28:00] Guest: Oh, really? Comedic genius because the clip of Samuel, like Lindsay going, it's it's just so funny that like you and I are total opposites.

[28:10] Andrew: And he's just singing over her.

[28:12] Guest: He is just singing over her, not listening to what the fuck she was saying.

[28:16] Andrew: Oh, okay. That's gonna be slide three of the carousel. I love her. Fucking funny. That's so good. So goddamn good. Just like completely just like disregarding what she's saying and being like, yeah, I'm here to sing, bitch.

[28:30] Guest: Bitch. Bitch, I don't know what you were gonna do. Um but and then okay, so Mateus has this big um plot point of being like, yes, oh gosh, like I don't feel I don't know if I feel comfortable. Oh, I'm a little bit c uncomfortable being gay.

[28:44] Andrew: Being gay.

[28:49] Guest: And so um, in the the note that I wrote down is I'm not gay, but $20 is $20, personified as a person.

[28:49] Andrew: I'm not gay, but a Roland Glee is a Roland Glee.

[29:03] Guest: Exactly. Exactly. And like no. I will say Samuel being maybe the best ally in the goddamn world, being like, just think of it this way. You just gotta be gay for a day, like bro. Like, it's okay. Like, we've got to be a good one.

[29:16] Andrew: Yeah, you're gonna be gay for a day. We've all done it. We've all done it. $20 is $20.

[29:22] Guest: We've all been our drought, dude. And I'm like, okay, I'm I don't know. I'm just like, oh my god, stop being the best human being ever. I don't know.

[29:30] Andrew: Um I think I'm in love with you. Um, so anything else about the rehearsal period of that?

[29:41] Guest: Um it's already creating the tension that is the biggest part of this episode, the Mateus and the Alex tension. Hannah having a good time. Damien, having a good time. They're doing a little flirty flirt.

[29:55] Andrew: Yeah.

[29:56] Guest: They're doing a little flirty flirt, which I love. Damien, I will say, Damien, I feel is leaning her on a little bit.

[30:02] Andrew: He's just a funny.

[30:04] Guest: I think maybe they had a mutual crush. I think maybe they had mutual crushes on each other.

[30:09] Andrew: Do you think? Because he lives in Ireland.

[30:13] Guest: And there's a lot of hair.

[30:15] Andrew: And he's married and has red hair in Ireland.

[30:19] Guest: So it's like finally someone.

[30:20] Andrew: Stereotype. You can change his channel.

[30:24] Guest: I can say that. I'm Irish.

[30:27] Andrew: Merida.

[30:28] Guest: You could change her.

[30:29] Andrew: You're Scottish. Would you?

[30:31] Guest: Would ya?

[30:31] Andrew: Okay, what the fuck? Didn't they have a war or something?

[30:34] Guest: No one knows.

[30:36] Andrew: I don't know. Um, and so I was absolutely jaw on the ground with who the mentor was this week.

[30:45] Guest: I truly like What the fuck? They really gagged me a little bit because I was like, I don't think I remember who the mentor is.

[30:51] Andrew: Like, and even like the little clips that they do of like the close-up is of like them getting the binder and like them getting the bag.

[30:57] Guest: And I'm like, who is fucking Darren Chris again?

[31:01] Andrew: I remember even watching it live being a huge Darren stan. I was like, really? Again.

[31:06] Guest: My thing was like, isn't 2011 like your time to be fucking busy, Darren Chris?

[31:15] Andrew: Right. Like, shouldn't you be fucking somewhere else? Shouldn't you be doing literally anything else other than a second episode of the Glee Project?

[31:27] Guest: Like, I don't, I don't know. Like, who else was in a notable duet? Finn? Rachel, Santana, Brittany, Samper, Sadies, Kurt Blaine, Will, Terry, Will Emma, Terry.

[31:40] Andrew: Terry.

[31:41] Guest: Who famously never sang.

[31:44] Andrew: Bringing in this week Jesselyn Gilsig, who has never actually sang on the show, but is still not Darren Chris.

[31:53] Guest: Exactly. Exactly. Like they just loop.

[31:57] Andrew: He must have signed a contract or something.

[32:00] Guest: I think that he was just like simply available.

[32:04] Andrew: I don't know. First time he was on. They caught him off guard.

[32:08] Guest: I think it was a big thing. They did wake him up for that first time.

[32:11] Andrew: He did not seem as like, oh, like woken from a sleep.

[32:15] Guest: Oh, I'm ready to do this. I have my glasses on and I just got out of the shower.

[32:19] Andrew: Like I think the first episode they intended to have somebody else.

[32:22] Guest: Yeah.

[32:22] Andrew: They couldn't get them. They got Darren on.

[32:25] Guest: This was his real episode that he was supposed to be on.

[32:29] Andrew: Because straight king playing a gay king.

[32:33] Guest: She's gotta do the pair ability with Straight King playing a gay king.

[32:43] Andrew: Straight King Darren Chris playing gay king playing Anderson.

[32:53] Guest: Um yeah.

[32:55] Andrew: No, I agree. Uh I I I believe it to be true.

[33:01] Guest: Exactly. I remember there was a Tumblr fucking thing where it was like really romanticizing, like straight playing gay, and it was Darren Chris.

[33:12] Andrew: Gay playing straight, and it was Neil Patrick Harris, and then gay playing gay, and it was Jesse Tyler Ferguson.

[33:19] Guest: And it was like, what are we doing with this book?

[33:23] Andrew: I know.

[33:23] Guest: I don't I don't think I like what this is saying.

[33:26] Andrew: I don't it was it was odd.

[33:28] Guest: It was okay.

[33:29] Andrew: Alright. That's a much broader conversation that I'm not willing to have in a glee project.

[33:36] Guest: Why did they who do they put for straight playing straight though?

[33:40] Andrew: Exactly Johan He's no one.

[33:44] Guest: I think he doesn't.

[33:47] Andrew: It's never been done before.

[33:51] Guest: Uh good.

[33:53] Andrew: Um I will say they did do like um a little confessional of um Lindsay being like seeing Darren twice is nice.

[34:03] Guest: Like I really like that.

[34:05] Andrew: And I'm like, I'm reading that as like okay, twice is enough.

[34:10] Guest: Yeah, we're done with him.

[34:12] Andrew: We're done. Send him away.

[34:14] Guest: Don't bring him back.

[34:15] Andrew: Send him away. I'm I'm ready for Heather Morris or whoever you else you got back there.

[34:19] Guest: You know what would have been Galaxy Brained? Did they have Alex Newell for season two?

[34:29] Andrew: Yeah.

[34:31] Guest: They have Samuel Larson come for season two.

[34:35] Andrew: Um I see that little producer hat on.

[34:40] Guest: Yeah, producer hat going ding ding ding ding ding.

[34:40] Andrew: Ding ding ding ding. I know how to make big money.

[34:45] Guest: Big money, big money.

[34:47] Andrew: Okay.

[34:49] Guest: Um so they sing the song.

[34:51] Andrew: They sing the damn song.

[34:53] Guest: They're touching each other, they're acting.

[34:56] Andrew: I think the homework assignments, period, are just always gonna be cringe fest for me.

[35:00] Guest: I know. It feels bad that to have any of these homework assignments in the Glackett project because like are any of them ever going to win?

[35:09] Andrew: No.

[35:10] Guest: No. My question to you is which pair slayed the hardest for you?

[35:16] Andrew: Hannah Damien.

[35:17] Guest: Really?

[35:18] Andrew: Yeah. I think that slayed the the least hard for me.

[35:21] Guest: Who slayed the most for you?

[35:22] Andrew: Um Lindsay and Samuel for being sexy, sexy mommy, mommy, daddy, daddy.

[35:27] Guest: Okay.

[35:28] Andrew: Yeah, I can see why you say that.

[35:29] Guest: Yeah.

[35:30] Andrew: Because they are both sexy, sexy, mommy, mommy, daddy, daddy.

[35:33] Guest: Right.

[35:34] Andrew: But but I don't know.

[35:36] Guest: I don't think they were a good pair.

[35:38] Andrew: I don't think they were a good pair.

[35:39] Guest: I don't know.

[35:40] Andrew: I've got some things to say about Samuel.

[35:43] Guest: I just think that Samuel and Lindsay are like actually like treating this like a competition, which I appreciate.

[35:50] Andrew: Yes.

[35:51] Guest: I do agree with that.

[35:52] Andrew: And I'm like I think Damien's just out here to have fun.

[35:54] Guest: Yeah, I'm I think I'm here to have fun, and somehow that lands him a win.

[35:59] Andrew: And I'm like, I have questions actually.

[36:01] Guest: Uh four episode arc, six episode arc.

[36:04] Andrew: And I'm like, wait, and my headcanon and I sent you home episode one. What are you still doing here?

[36:09] Guest: Yeah, where are you?

[36:11] Andrew: However, so we do the competition, Marissa wins, bing, bing, bing, bing, bing.

[36:17] Guest: She is allowed to choose who her pair is.

[36:20] Andrew: And she says, not Cameron anymore.

[36:24] Guest: I don't want that skinny little hipster boy.

[36:26] Andrew: I want to- She did say that, quote unquote.

[36:28] Guest: She did say that. She said that straight to my face.

[36:30] Andrew: I will say, wait, Marissa is bringing it back.

[36:33] Guest: She is the person uh straight for playing straight.

[36:36] Andrew: I think that she's she is the person to point to.

[36:40] Guest: She's the first person to ever do that.

[36:42] Andrew: Um and foreshadowing their kiss later on in the episode.

[36:53] Guest: I think they might have been Mackin outside of Really.

[36:59] Andrew: Oh, I like this head cannon.

[37:01] Guest: I think they would have been Mackin.

[37:03] Andrew: I think there was a thing between them.

[37:05] Guest: We'll get to it when we get to that kiss, but there is a thing between them.

[37:09] Andrew: She chooses Samuel.

[37:11] Guest: Yes.

[37:12] Andrew: And then we go right.

[37:13] Guest: Cassie in the comments is saying that she does not blame Marissa for changing duet partners.

[37:20] Andrew: And I completely agree. That it's like that.

[37:22] Guest: Because Cameron can't have a duet partner because he's too good on his own.

[37:25] Andrew: Yeah.

[37:26] Guest: Oh, no. I I don't agree with all of that.

[37:30] Andrew: Um I agree with the fact that it's like, okay, yeah, you're gonna go for Samuel because Samuel's like out here slaying Larson, you know?

[37:39] Guest: Samuel slaying Larson.

[37:41] Andrew: Yeah. Does that work?

[37:42] Guest: Samuel Slay Larson.

[37:45] Andrew: Yeah.

[37:45] Guest: Um we're going right into four different music videos.

[37:51] Andrew: It's really like you're hit over the head with content.

[37:54] Guest: Really crazy. The first one is Mateus and Damien, the lady is a tramp.

[37:59] Andrew: Yes.

[38:00] Guest: Which I think this is Damien in his bag.

[38:05] Andrew: Because this is Krooner, Michael Bobley, like esque shit.

[38:11] Guest: This is made for him.

[38:13] Andrew: But then Mateus is in the stud doing things you can't hear on a Zoom call.

[38:18] Guest: You can never.

[38:19] Andrew: I was thinking the same thing.

[38:21] Guest: It's like I think that's a good one.

[38:21] Andrew: I think I would love to impersonate.

[38:23] Guest: Do it.

[38:24] Andrew: I'll hear it in the quick time.

[38:27] Guest: See? I didn't hear it now, but everyone else is hearing it.

[38:30] Andrew: Exactly.

[38:31] Guest: Um.

[38:33] Andrew: Yeah, it was it was scary.

[38:35] Guest: Who else was scared?

[38:36] Andrew: I was scared.

[38:37] Guest: I was scared, but I did love the little jump they did.

[38:43] Andrew: When Damien like pulls Mateus off the bench and they do a huge jump.

[38:49] Guest: I was like, okay.

[38:50] Andrew: I really just didn't like it.

[38:52] Guest: I think that like I typically like things where it's like, oh, this person is very different, and they're singing together.

[38:57] Andrew: Like they're it's like two opposites and they're singing, and it's like I usually on paper, like that's very Andrew Maguire coded.

[39:04] Guest: But like that, I fucking hated it.

[39:07] Andrew: You didn't like this music video?

[39:08] Guest: I hated it. I really just like did not like it.

[39:11] Andrew: I didn't like the fact that it wasn't gay.

[39:14] Guest: Uh because parability to me were singing to each other.

[39:19] Andrew: There's a relationship between us.

[39:21] Guest: There was no relationship between Mateus's character and Damien's character.

[39:24] Andrew: They was just saying.

[39:25] Guest: But can't they just be like, hey, we're friends.

[39:28] Andrew: I didn't even get that from the music video.

[39:31] Guest: Yeah, I don't actually even know.

[39:33] Andrew: I don't even know what I'm saying.

[39:34] Guest: Because I'm like, what if at least kiss?

[39:36] Andrew: At least kiss, at the very least, kiss because I think that that was kissability was the actually assignment.

[39:41] Guest: Kissability was the challenge.

[39:43] Andrew: Right.

[39:44] Guest: Fucking Lindsay thinks that.

[39:46] Andrew: Okay.

[39:47] Guest: Oh god.

[39:48] Andrew: Okay.

[39:49] Guest: I mean, we need to talk about the Samarissa before.

[39:53] Andrew: It's Marissa.

[39:54] Guest: Okay.

[39:54] Andrew: Yeah.

[39:55] Guest: Wait, wait, wait.

[39:56] Andrew: Before we do that.

[39:57] Guest: Yes.

[39:59] Andrew: My last thing about Mateus and Damien.

[40:01] Guest: Because next is Hannah Alex.

[40:02] Andrew: Oh yeah, I'm sorry.

[40:03] Guest: Yeah, sorry.

[40:05] Andrew: Mateus.

[40:06] Guest: The Mateus versus Alex bit that I posted.

[40:10] Andrew: Oh.

[40:11] Guest: On our Instagram.

[40:12] Andrew: Yes.

[40:13] Guest: So fucking funny.

[40:14] Andrew: It's the best thing to ever happen on on any television anywhere.

[40:19] Guest: Literally.

[40:19] Andrew: Okay, wait. I want to I almost like want to like recreate it right now.

[40:24] Guest: You and I.

[40:25] Andrew: I want to be Mateus.

[40:27] Guest: Oh, okay.

[40:27] Andrew: So I have better pitch yeah yeah you do it was the faces that it was the faces that Mateus specifically would be making okay like alright I did it what like it's hard like it's hard anyway oh my god so fucking good can you put that in the carousel too oh please please I will absolutely um it just like I think that is so funny that they're doing that and also like Alex is being big a diva and Mateus is being cocky they're both in the wrong no one wins except for Marissa in that fuck ass Bob in that fuck ass Bob why did they why did she have to have a Bob why couldn't she just let her hair down was there too much red because it was a fall scene already I don't under it's she literally looks like and this will also be in the carousel it's gonna be a heavy carousel um she literally looks like Angel from Rent do you do you remember Angel Oh my god yes and I'm like the Bob I'll cover you the red and white and I'm like wait huh which brings me into Santa Claus yeah today wait today for me, tomorrow for you.

[42:03] Andrew: The world oh wait wait. Wait. That's different. Anyway, speaking of wigs. Okay. Going into okay wig do we want to talk about Hannah's ice spice wig. Hannah Ice Spice. Yeah, yeah, Annie. Yeah, yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah. What we doing, babe. What are we doing? We're wearing wigs. Shaking our ass. Venom bigs. Ven velu Ven Viggs. Never. I mean, Alex Newell, I think in this scene in particular, this entire series in general, I think we're watching firsthand a really, and this is a serious note, a very big developmental process for Alex Newell. Because in this series, they identify as a gay man, and so in this specific instance, they say, never I've never worn drag before.

[42:47] Guest: Yeah.

[43:00] Andrew: And amazing, like we are watching the journey of a great star. And it's like emotional to have this all on tape so that we can that it's documented for better or for worse.

[43:15] Guest: No, I agree. Where it's like, oh, like I that really took me back, took me out for a second, where I was like, oh my god, for Alex to be like, this is the first time I'm doing drag. I'm like, wait, we have that on oxygen?

[43:29] Andrew: On oxygen. We're previously got that. Not Fox. Oxygen got that. Oxygen got that one, babe. Exactly. And we're I this is like the creation of Unique. Like when later in the episode, I think you can just see Ryan Murphy's beep up brain.

[43:46] Guest: Yes.

[43:46] Andrew: Writing the character of Unique. Like it's from this point on, done. Where it's Alex is winning the gleam. Oh, you're doing drag for the sake of this oxygen reality show.

[43:57] Guest: Yeah.

[43:58] Andrew: Yeah. Exactly. Exactly. Unique was born. Unique was born. Absolutely. So true, so true. What did you think of this song?

[44:06] Guest: I thought it was good. I liked it. I thought it was good. I thought it was fine. Both of them for me, both the duets that these two people do in this episode, I like. I just I don't think I love them though. There's something, there's like a missing element for me. What do you think?

[44:25] Andrew: Right. I think it's the fact that they sang both of these songs on the hit redacted show. I think I'm directly comparing them. And I've heard these songs sang very, very well.

[44:37] Guest: Yeah.

[44:38] Andrew: I wish I had something unique. Wait. Galaxy Brian. Galaxy Bray. Oh my goodness. Wait, do I have any other notes about Alex? Yeah, I liked it. I don't know. I just I liked how excited Hannah was to be Alex's partner. I just thought that was so fucking cute. I just think Mateus was just kind of a dick.

[45:01] Guest: Mateus is being.

[45:03] Andrew: We'll talk about Mateus more later. But like Mateus is going through something. And I also have a headcanon about what's going on with Mateus. Okay, y'all aren't ready. Um, but yeah, I just like I really love Hannah. She just reminds me of all these girls from high school that I went to that I was like, oh, yeah, I trust you. Like you're you're a girl that's a good person. You're a good person. I trust you. And also, you know, you're pretty damn funny too. So yeah. You're a good person to hang around. You make me laugh. You make a me laugh. You make me laugh, Hannah, and I'm obsessed with you.

[45:40] Guest: Um, but let's talk about sexy time.

[45:44] Andrew: Sexy time Segmarissa. Smarissa. Why singing Don't You Want Me Baby? Don't you want me baby? Corey White. What? Corey White, is that his name? Who's Corey White? Who's the director of the music videos? Eric White. Eric White. Eric White continuing to provide a villain edit for himself. What are you doing? Asking people to kiss other people without their permission, live on tape. What are we doing? What are we doing? They're young. I don't know. I mean, obviously, I am the number one Eric White hater.

[46:25] Guest: Um, but I will say that, like, to his credit, he did do that bad thing in front of a camera. So it's like, hey, if he knew it was really that bad, he would be like, cut the camera's dead ass, you know.

[46:32] Andrew: Cut the camera's dead ass. This is not good. I just don't think at that time he knew that it was bad. I think that would not be able to have been done in the year 2023. I don't think you can kiss somebody without consent. At least you would hope so. I don't know. I feel like it's still it's still happening.

[46:54] Guest: It's probably still done.

[46:55] Andrew: It's probably still done. Eric White still be out here. Eric Eric White's still be out there. They kept on kissing. Which I would say all cut, and Samuel goes in for another little smooch-a-smooch, a little bit of tonsil hockey, maybe a little bit of tongue. Which I know that people are gonna be in my DMs and be like, Andrew, Andrew, Andrew, I thought that you hated Eric White and everything that he said, but fantastic note from Eric White to make them kiss because yeah, that was so hot to me to see.

[47:27] Guest: I know a little 16-year-old me with a I was like, wait a minute. Okay, heterosexuality actually made a few points.

[47:35] Andrew: I know. Samuel going in for the second round. Totally. I was like, that's proof that they're smacking off screen. You really think that they're they're really smooching. I'm gonna DM Samuel and be like, hey baby, have you ever had to do that? Have you ever smooched this girl? Have you ever smooched this girl off cam? Off cam. I don't know. I I yeah, I just I really like that they kissed. I don't know. Does that make me a terrible person? I mean, it makes drama. It makes drama, and in that day and age, it was fine.

[48:09] Guest: Well, I will I will say that I don't like the fact that Eric White told Marissa to kiss Samuel without Samuel's prior knowledge.

[48:19] Andrew: We'll say that that um is not good, okay. Right. Um, we'll take a stance against that. However, it worked out in the end for this specific instance. We said exactly where it doesn't work out. I think he easily could have said, like, they called cut as soon as their lips touched. Like he easily could have told Samuel that there was gonna be a kiss.

[48:46] Guest: Yeah, there was no need to have it be a surprise.

[48:49] Andrew: Yeah. Period. Period. Um I will say, I think Don't You Want Me is my number one of the episode.

[49:02] Guest: I think I would say as well.

[49:03] Andrew: Okay. Um, I'm saying Lindsay and Cameron. Fuck you. God damn it. Fuck you. That's that's actually the worst one for me. I feel like Lindsay and Cameron singing Baby It's Cold Outside. I had such a Mandela effect with this.

[49:20] Guest: Okay, tell me.

[49:21] Andrew: Because in my brain, this happens. Cameron is crying on the phone to his mom, and then he quits. Oh. And he's donezo that episode. But I am very wrong. I am mistaken. No. No, he did not leave this episode. So now I'm like when does he leave?

[49:48] Guest: Ah.

[49:49] Andrew: Do you think what's gonna make him leave? I'm confused.

[49:51] Guest: I think it's still kissing.

[49:56] Andrew: But like what sense? Do you think that you're gonna finish this season?

[50:01] Guest: Do I think I'm gonna finish this season? Like finish watching it?

[50:04] Andrew: Do you think you're gonna watch it?

[50:06] Guest: No, I'm done. This was my last episode.

[50:10] Andrew: I'm curious, but I'm not gonna continue on. But I'm not gonna watch it. Um there was a oh, this is bringing it back to um Samarissa. But I texted you about this. They cut Oh, he looks naked. They cut to a confessional of Samuel.

[50:29] Guest: This will also be in the carousel.

[50:32] Andrew: Where we have all intended purposes to believe he's naked in the confessional. We don't see a single uh piece of fabric.

[50:43] Guest: No.

[50:44] Andrew: Yeah, I mean it w it made the rounds on Glee Wiki that uh he liked to do his confessionals in the nude. He would stand up and that seat would be sweaty.

[50:51] Guest: Oh, I believe you, but I don't think that you're telling the truth right now.

[50:59] Andrew: Um but going back to Lindsay Cameron. Lindsay. Lindsay, um, Robert is on the sidelines being like, Baby It's Cold Outside is zero percent about the snow and a hundred percent about sexual tension.

[51:19] Guest: Second, well done, Jed. Beep boob.

[51:21] Andrew: Um this is what I would assume to be the pinnacle of Tumblr hate that Lindsay Pierce would get.

[51:36] Guest: Okay.

[51:37] Andrew: I think this was my main moment about this episode. Because I was like, wait a minute, I feel like there's a lot of discussion about how Cameron is um I guess uh responding to this. Where because okay, so um Lindsay sees Marissa kiss Samuel in the music video and is like, okay, I'm gonna do the same thing at the end of our music video.

[52:01] Guest: And um not okay, don't kiss people without their permission.

[52:05] Andrew: Cameron doesn't respond too positively, but there's never which is surprising because like Lindsay has been getting the villain edit the entire damn season up until this point, but there isn't like there is almost like zero discussion about like Lindsay doing a bad thing. Did you find that weird too?

[52:25] Guest: That Lindsay did a bad thing in this episode and they don't really like talk about it.

[52:29] Andrew: Yeah. Yeah. It it felt weird. It just all focuses on Cameron's reaction to it and kind of making it look bad for him reacting like that. And uh what why I say that this might have been the pinnacle of not definitely not the pinnacle, because I think when Cameron left, um, that was probably the pinnacle because I think a lot of people blamed Lindsay for his departure, and he was a fan favorite, so they took out their anger on at the situation on her.

[52:59] Guest: Yeah.

[53:00] Andrew: Um, but I think this is definitely the start of the heat of it. Because I think in the other episodes, she's just kind of edited to be mostly annoying and sassy, but this is like having real consequences. Like he's in the bottom three.

[53:17] Guest: And she's not.

[53:18] Andrew: And she's not. So yeah, without actually focusing on her actions, she's the reason for all this drama.

[53:20] Guest: She's the reason for the teardrops of my guitar.

[53:32] Andrew: Exactly. Um, yeah, I don't know. It just felt weird. I mean, like, as much as I was like, stop making the villain edit against Lindsay, I was like, wait, I feel like the villain edit could have really came in handy at this turn.

[53:48] Guest: Right, because this was weird. This was actually big time bad.

[53:52] Andrew: So true, Stephanie. So true, Stephanie. If the roles were reversed, it would have had so much more attention. It's the girls kissing the guys without them knowing. But if the guys had kissed the girls, that I think that even uh yeah, that's a whole different situation we got going on.

[54:13] Guest: But I mean like Alex kissing Mateus.

[54:18] Andrew: Wait, did I miss it? Would that have been kissed? If they didn't kiss, okay. What if they had? I feel like that would have, I don't think Eric White would have encouraged that.

[54:27] Guest: No, Eric White only wants heterosexuality on screen.

[54:31] Andrew: He wants straight people playing straight people.

[54:33] Guest: Straight people playing straight people for once, please.

[54:36] Andrew: For once. Oh my god, give us a break. God damn it. Um, I will, I don't know. I feel like really conflicted about the Cameron thing, and I know that you have your Cameron blinders on, so I'll be um safe about talking about it. But like, I don't know. I don't know how to feel about it because at one point it's like this is acting.

[54:52] Andrew: I was like, oh, you're not ready to be on the hit redacted show.

[54:58] Andrew: You're not ready to be on any show.

[55:01] Andrew: No.

[55:02] Andrew: Like you I guess knowing the show Glee.

[55:09] Guest: Yeah.

[55:11] Andrew: Not every character kisses, but I think I don't know.

[55:11] Andrew: I don't know.

[55:18] Andrew: I really.

[55:25] Guest: Yeah.

[55:26] Andrew: Just kind of act. It's your job as an actor, but at the same time, if you did not consent to something that makes you deeply uncomfortable.

[55:36] Andrew: Yeah.

[55:38] Guest: Yeah.

[55:39] Guest: It just like I was just like, I don't think that you're even like brain is like I like I said earlier with like Lindsay and Samuel being so competition focused. Like I feel like Cameron is just there for like almost like shits and giggles almost, and to like reach a quota with the amount of times that he can move his fucking limbs all over the place.

[56:02] Guest: Um but like I don't think he was taking it very seriously.

[56:06] Andrew: No, I don't think he's treating any of this seriously.

[56:08] Guest: And I'm just like, why are you still here? I don't like seeing you here still. If you're like calling your mom crying, which I feel bad that you need to do.

[56:18] Guest: Like, right. Like, go do like you're obviously a very talented human being, but like this is Go home and make music, which is the same. Go home and go, yeah, exactly.

[56:27] Guest: Which, you know what, you he did, and he slays, and you know what we love him.

[56:32] Andrew: Yeah, we do. It's a complicated topic, and it will continue to be talking about it as we go on with the series. I will say that Lindsay in the performance of Baby It's Cold Outside, handled the very controversial lyric of what's in the strink, like a fucking What's in this drink?

[56:40] Guest: What's in this drink? And I'm like, oh wow. That really puts like I don't know, like it doesn't bring attention to the fact that it's like potentially like a groofy roofy drink. I don't know. Like, I like that she did that. I like the choice.

[57:10] Guest: Yeah, she did it in the stud with Nikki.

[57:13] Guest: She did it in the stud. Nikki was like, I fucking hate you, but you slayed.

[57:17] Andrew: Exactly. I fucking hate you, but honestly, the people that I hate do the most slang. So you're welcome.

[57:23] Guest: Um, okay, wait, wait, wait, wait. Uh anything else to say about the music videos before I move on to the bottom three?

[57:30] Andrew: No, there is like at the end of like all the music videos. They have this will also be in the carousel. Um, where they do the coming up. Um, and then why did you just have to go blame this on me?

[57:45] Guest: And then Bateus is like, don't blame this on me.

[57:48] Andrew: And then Alex's Alex responds, deal with it.

[57:52] Guest: And I'm like, Deal with it. Oh my god, what is about to happen? It does get very dramatic.

[58:00] Andrew: Um, okay. So, duets for the bottom three, but only one person is gonna go home. So the only two people that are safe are Marissa and Samuel, Sam Samarissa, so they're like, they should, yeah.

[58:11] Guest: They leave the stage and go make out like freaking animals backstage.

[58:17] Andrew: Um, because they loved it. Because they love each other in their soul.

[58:21] Guest: They love each other. They're ending game.

[58:22] Andrew: Exactly. Endgame. Find each other. I want I want to see that timeline.

[58:27] Guest: Um Hannah and Alex sing Valerie. And the only real note I had about it was unique is being created before our eyes. Like Ryan Murphy, B Babu Brain, like I don't know.

[58:37] Guest: Like, for some reason, I feel like I have like much more nuanced notes about episodes prior, specifically the performances. But specifically with these like last chance performances, it just gave very much like 3 a.m. karaoke.

[58:51] Guest: Like no one is like really impressing me. Everyone is just like doing the best that they can, and they're also like extremely intoxicated.

[59:02] Andrew: Well, I mean, I think they were famously. There was a lot of coke on the projects.

[59:10] Guest: Cocaine. I was in Okay.

[59:13] Andrew: Um, yeah, I don't know. I liked it. I mean, like Valerie's obviously a fan favorite song of mine, but uh it just I don't know. Both those Alex and Hannah performances, I was like, I love them both so specifically that when you joined together, unfortunately, it's just like an okay performance for me.

[59:33] Guest: I don't know what it is. Honestly. Doctors, please. Did you like the boots? Did you like the boots on uh Damon and Mateus?

[59:41] Andrew: Um, I liked it better than Ladies of Tramp.

[59:45] Guest: Yes. Right?

[59:46] Andrew: I d I agree. I agree. I thought they did something more interesting with that performance.

[59:53] Guest: So what did you think of Damien stepping up for Mateus? Like, hey, Alex is just kind of being a diva.

[1:00:00] Andrew: Well, yeah, he's king. I mean, yeah, like he can't, he should not be the winner of the Glee Project, Damien, but he's still he's still king.

[1:00:10] Guest: He is still king.

[1:00:11] Andrew: He is still king. King, King does king things.

[1:00:12] Guest: King does king things. Straight king playing a gay king.

[1:00:20] Guest: Um wait, I feel so bad ke constantly going back to prior things.

[1:00:25] Andrew: No, that's okay. I'm just zooming because I really have no nuance.

[1:00:29] Guest: Right. There it's like really just November.

[1:00:31] Andrew: It's no nuance November.

[1:00:33] Guest: Um September 11th.

[1:00:35] Andrew: September 11th.

[1:00:38] Guest: Um, but when Hannah and Alex come out on stage, and Ryan looks at them and says, What are you singing?

[1:00:49] Andrew: And Alex says, Valerie.

[1:00:51] Guest: And he's just like, okay. And I think he does the same thing for um Boots Are Made for Walking, where it's like, what are you singing?

[1:00:54] Andrew: Boots are made for walking.

[1:01:02] Guest: Okay. As if you didn't like choose that song.

[1:01:07] Andrew: Well, it's like, okay. Like, I don't like what I don't know. It's just, I I don't know. Has he ever laughed?

[1:01:15] Guest: Has Ryan Murphy ever felt joy?

[1:01:19] Andrew: Has Ryan Murphy ever laughed, ever chuckled, ever giggled?

[1:01:24] Guest: No, I think he does laugh. And I remember like listening to um Ashley Fink on the And That's What You Really Miss podcast, where like she talked about like going to parties with um Ryan Murphy, and she was like, it was just my goal to make him laugh.

[1:01:39] Guest: And it would be like such an achievement for her to like see him laugh to something that she said.

[1:01:45] Andrew: And and like he would respond being like, Oh gosh, we're gonna bring you back.

[1:01:52] Guest: No, no.

[1:01:54] Andrew: And Baby Girl came back once for Sadie Hawkins.

[1:01:59] Guest: Fuck.

[1:01:59] Andrew: Um it's funny.

[1:02:01] Guest: Oh, wait. Oh my gosh.

[1:02:02] Guest: I'm and we're while we're still on this Valerie conversation. I was like, I feel like this episode aired very closely to Amy Winehouse's passing.

[1:02:14] Andrew: Oh.

[1:02:15] Guest: And um, and so I looked it up on the Glee Project wiki and I was like, okay, I need to find out when she died in reference to this episode.

[1:02:24] Guest: And so this episode aired six days before she died.

[1:02:29] Andrew: And um in the episode that aired, uh, when Alyx like references like, oh, I'll go backstage and dress like Amy Winehouse.

[1:02:39] Guest: Ryan made a comment in the initial airing where I he made a joke at the expense of Amy Winehouse. I couldn't find out what it was, but I feel like I remember it and it was like it was just like casting her in a negative light.

[1:02:51] Andrew: Um, and so the episode that we saw in the episode that's like released the public is the cut version where that joke is not included.

[1:03:04] Guest: That was a good legal note.

[1:03:06] Andrew: Legal note, legal note, legal note, legal.

[1:03:08] Guest: Legal note, legal note.

[1:03:09] Andrew: Wow, I didn't know that.

[1:03:10] Guest: Isn't that interesting? Glee Project predicts Amy Winehouse's death.

[1:03:15] Andrew: Glee Project predicts a lot more than that.

[1:03:18] Guest: Glee Project predicts things that are happening decades from now.

[1:03:22] Andrew: Decades from now. I'm not sure if you're not going to be able to do that.

[1:03:24] Guest: We haven't seen the ramifications.

[1:03:25] Andrew: In fact, I know when I die.

[1:03:27] Guest: And I know how I die.

[1:03:29] Andrew: I don't know when, but I know how I die. Glee Project Wiki has informed me.

[1:03:34] Guest: Yeah, exactly.

[1:03:35] Andrew: Yeah.

[1:03:36] Guest: I'm scared.

[1:03:37] Andrew: Um, okay, yeah. Uh, but going back to the Mateus um Damien thing, what did you think about like the Ryan reaction to the Alex and Mateus fight?

[1:03:54] Guest: I thought it was good, honestly, because I don't expect Ryan to hear one bad thing about Alex and kind of take that and run with it.

[1:04:07] Guest: Oh, Alex is a like write Alex off as a diva, because I genuinely think Ryan really has written the character of unique already at this point.

[1:04:16] Andrew: Yeah.

[1:04:17] Guest: So he's gonna be like, yeah, you just kind of gotta have to deal with divas.

[1:04:22] Guest: Like divas are part of the business, and I think he reprimands Alex in a way, in his own way.

[1:04:32] Andrew: Um, at the end, um I thought it was fine. Did you think it was enough?

[1:04:38] Guest: A little weird, just because I was like, I understand exactly where he's coming from, where I'm like, if I was the person receiving those comments from Ryan, I would be like, oh my gosh, Ryan is entirely on my side.

[1:04:50] Guest: But I think that if you were to look at a much broader scale, that it's like, oh no, Ryan is playing the long game.

[1:04:56] Andrew: Yes.

[1:04:57] Guest: And he's telling, which is like, I guess, like on paper, like an okay thing to do, maybe.

[1:05:04] Guest: Telling Mateus what he wants to hear? Telling Mateus what he wants to hear, but also telling like Alex what he wants to hear, and telling Lindsay what she wants to hear.

[1:05:10] Guest: Like telling all these people what they want to hear and also instigating drama, which is I think where I draw the line, where it's like, oh, like Alex can go fuck himself or something if like Mateus is feeling this way about it.

[1:05:25] Guest: But then like also being like telling Alex, being like, oh, you're the you're the best person here, or something like that. It's just like I I feel conflict of emotions, but I'm like also like you are as um successful as you are because of these like mind games that you're doing, I guess.

[1:05:44] Andrew: Right.

[1:05:45] Guest: Where it's like you're constantly feeding other people's egos in a way, I don't know. I feel very conflicted about it. It made me feel very, I don't know, at odds.

[1:05:55] Andrew: Okay. Fair enough.

[1:05:56] Guest: Fair enough.

[1:05:56] Andrew: Fair.

[1:05:57] Guest: Fair enough.

[1:05:58] Andrew: Cameron and Lindsay's River Deep Mountain High.

[1:06:02] Guest: Cameron and Lindsay's River Deep Mountain High, starting with a flub off the bat. Did anybody catch that?

[1:06:08] Andrew: Yeah, I did not like it.

[1:06:09] Guest: Um, Lindsay starting with the lyric, every was a little girl.

[1:06:14] Guest: Um that's not the lyrics, babe. But I get it. When I was a little girl, I had a rag doll.

[1:06:23] Andrew: Cameron can sing though. Slay King, slay those boots are made for walking.

[1:06:28] Guest: Down. I will say that like I I when they were assigned River Dee Mountain High, I was like, oh god, this is gonna be the worst thing to happen on the planet.

[1:06:37] Guest: But I think they did something with it. It was good.

[1:06:39] Andrew: It was good.

[1:06:40] Guest: I think I mean Ryan's just eating that shit up again.

[1:06:44] Andrew: Again, he's got a character written for Cameron, he's got a character written for Alex.

[1:06:47] Guest: He's done.

[1:06:48] Andrew: Well, Ryan does say in this episode, which fucking is like nails on a chalkboard when he's like, I've always wanted a Christian character.

[1:07:00] Guest: Interesting.

[1:07:01] Andrew: Quinn Fabray found dead in a ditch because she got hit by a car on the way to Finn and Rachel's wedding.

[1:07:06] Guest: Yeah, and you know who else was in that car?

[1:07:08] Andrew: Mercedes Jones.

[1:07:09] Guest: You know who else was in that car?

[1:07:11] Andrew: Sam Evans.

[1:07:12] Guest: You know who else was in that car?

[1:07:14] Andrew: Terry.

[1:07:18] Guest: They're in a church van, actually.

[1:07:21] Andrew: Church van.

[1:07:23] Guest: Bryn, oh my gosh.

[1:07:24] Andrew: This is Ryan Murphy.

[1:07:26] Guest: At once.

[1:07:30] Andrew: And read her Bible.

[1:07:32] Guest: Because he wanted, he was like, I always wanted a church girl, but I guess I'll settle for a church boy.

[1:07:38] Andrew: So for a church boy.

[1:07:40] Guest: What the fuck, Ryan?

[1:07:42] Andrew: Fuck.

[1:07:43] Guest: Entire God Squad found dead in a ditch.

[1:07:45] Andrew: I will. It was so interesting to see like Robert being the one to like sell Ryan on like liking Cameron.

[1:07:55] Guest: Did anybody find that interesting? Where it was like Ryan wasn't like completely sold on Cameron, but Robert was like, wait, wait, wait, there's more.

[1:08:02] Andrew: Robert was like, We've already signed a contract with this kid.

[1:08:05] Guest: You gotta hire him.

[1:08:06] Andrew: Yeah, we we gotta, we actually gotta put him on the damn show.

[1:08:09] Guest: His mom, his mom is actually his mom is still on the call, and she's really angry.

[1:08:14] Andrew: He's actually related to somebody on set, so we gotta put him in.

[1:08:18] Guest: He's a Nepo baby.

[1:08:19] Andrew: Um, who would be in your bottom three from this episode?

[1:08:22] Guest: Um, Mateus, Alex, Cameron.

[1:08:27] Andrew: The bottom three.

[1:08:28] Guest: The bottom three.

[1:08:28] Andrew: I think I completely agree with the bottom three.

[1:08:30] Guest: I I think I I think I would wanna I I just like to put people in the bottom three just to put them in a haunted house is my thing.

[1:08:37] Andrew: Lindsay, are you putting Lindsay in the hotel?

[1:08:39] Guest: I'm putting Lindsay in the haunted house.

[1:08:40] Andrew: Who are you kicking out?

[1:08:42] Guest: Uh I think that I'm I think I'm kicking out Mateus, where I'm like, because I really just want to You would save Mateus this episode because spoiler alert, he's going home.

[1:08:51] Andrew: Spoiler, he does go home, but I'm like, I am so fucking down bad to have him on this goddamn redacted show.

[1:08:58] Guest: I loved the comment from who is it? Uh Zach that says you're gonna have to start killing your your darlings.

[1:09:07] Andrew: Yeah.

[1:09:09] Guest: I was like, yeah, that's good. You are, because it's getting down to the wire now.

[1:09:13] Andrew: It's getting down to the wire, and it's like, I think that I have in my head like the order of who goes from here on out.

[1:09:20] Guest: No, I think I know who goes next.

[1:09:23] Andrew: But it's like oh, but like they're all so extremely good at this point that I'm like, oh no, I hate to see anybody go.

[1:09:31] Andrew: Um, but let's see.

[1:09:35] Andrew: Oh, yeah, Ryan says there are there's no room for egos on this redacted show.

[1:09:43] Andrew: You hired Leah Michelle. And I'm like, okay, I wasn't gonna say it, but yeah, maybe the main person that you have, like has a bit of an ego on her.

[1:09:52] Andrew: Yeah, I I don't know. And it's been made famous in recent years, Ryan. So care to comment? Care to comment?

[1:10:01] Andrew: Okay. And so now they're all back in the room. And Alex is playing.

[1:10:08] Andrew: I know that you're also gonna hate the thing that Alex does, where like Alex is like, fine, I guess I'm going home this week. Thanks a lot, Mateus. And I'm just like, I hate so 18-year-old. Very much that is 18-year-old written all the fuck over it.

[1:10:25] Andrew: Yeah, no, I I just listening to it. And then like Mateus crying, and anyway, my headcanon was that I referenced to earlier was that Alex and Matthias were kissing. And I think that Alex and Matthias um had a little bit of a little romance um off camera, right next to they went on a double date with Marissa and Samuel.

[1:10:53] Andrew: And um I think that they're also in game. I think so.

[1:10:57] Andrew: Yeah. They uh went on a double date to craft services.

[1:11:01] Andrew: They went to a double date to craft services, had some orange shoes, and had some chicken tenders. Cute.

[1:11:07] Andrew: Oh I ship them. It's really cute. And I think that this is like kind of like they're skirting when they're fighting, they're skirting around what's actually Oh, it's kind of negging. They're being mean in a flirty way.

[1:11:20] Andrew: They're like, just come out with it. Just like you guys are you guys are kissing. You guys are in love. You guys are kissing. Just let it be known. Just let it be known.

[1:11:27] Andrew: Like, Neil Patrick Harris constantly plays characters. Oh, wait, no, who plays gay character? Jesse Tyler Ferguson plays characters like you. Gay characters.

[1:11:39] Andrew: Yeah. Gay playing gay. Straight playing gay. Yeah. Gay playing straight.

[1:11:42] Andrew: Um, are we ready to uh do you have any more notes from the episode as I prepare our I have spinning wheel?

[1:11:48] Andrew: Final notes. Um, don't text Mateus was just eliminated. And Cameron was doing way too damn much singing the back vocals of Keep Holding On. And I'm like, baby boy, this isn't about you anymore.

[1:12:04] Andrew: Like he's literally saying they recorded it before him. No, but I think that the background chorus. You know, I think that they still record those week to week.

[1:12:15] Guest: You're right, you're right. We didn't even really talk about Cameron getting kissed and calling his mom.

[1:12:21] Andrew: Yeah, we did. Because he felt like he was being he was cheating. What do you think? Do you think that was cheating?

[1:12:27] Guest: No.

[1:12:27] Andrew: I know. That was not cheating. That was not cheating. That was not cheating, but everybody has a different relationship because I've been thinking about like Penn Badgley won't do sex scenes anymore.

[1:12:38] Guest: Why not?

[1:12:39] Andrew: Because he's in a relationship.

[1:12:40] Guest: Oh, okay.

[1:12:44] Andrew: It's just it's different strokes for different folks. I don't know.

[1:12:48] Guest: Right. Um baby, it's cold outside. There's a lot of songs in this episode.

[1:12:53] Andrew: There's a lot of songs in this episode. Do you think that it was weird that he didn't call his girlfriend? He called his mom instead. What do you think about that?

[1:13:02] Guest: Um, I don't think that's weird.

[1:13:08] Andrew: Okay. Because he probably didn't know how to talk to his girlfriend. Also, he probably only had knowing what we know about the show, he probably had one contact that he could call.

[1:13:19] Guest: And it's mommy.

[1:13:20] Andrew: He couldn't call it mommy.

[1:13:22] Guest: He can't call everybody.

[1:13:24] Andrew: He can't.

[1:13:25] Guest: Yeah, that's true. Huh. Can you allow me to share my screen?

[1:13:29] Andrew: He they probably had a group phone, and everybody was allowed one singular contact. There was like Mommy Mitchell, there was Mommy New, there was Mommy.

[1:13:37] Guest: Mommy Mitchell, mommy Newell, Mommy Pierce, um Mommy Abraham, Mommy Abraham, Mommy Vine.

[1:13:45] Andrew: Mommy Vine. They're like, I want to talk to Mommy Vine, even though Bryce is long gone.

[1:13:52] Guest: Oh my god. Okay, how many songs are in this episode?

[1:13:56] Andrew: We have Need You Now homework assignment. Ladies a Tramp nowadays, don't want you want me, baby baby. It's cold outside for the music videos. Valerie, boots are made for walking river deep mountain high for the last chance and keep holding on Mateus.

[1:15:20] Andrew: Yeah. People are saying nowadays.

[1:15:24] Guest: People are saying nowadays people are okay.

[1:15:26] Andrew: Okay, so nowadays wins. Okay, is that isn't that what you want to win?

[1:15:29] Guest: Yeah, that's what I wanted.

[1:15:31] Andrew: Um nowadays versus don't you want me baby?

[1:16:36] Guest: Uh was it not? Was that not last name?

[1:16:44] Andrew: Yeah, I wrote it down. Yes. Last name.

[1:16:47] Guest: Um.

[1:16:49] Andrew: Don't you want me, baby?

[1:16:52] Guest: Don't you want me?

[1:16:56] Andrew: Um, everybody.

[1:16:58] Guest: What?

[1:16:59] Andrew: Okay, everybody.

[1:17:02] Guest: So class, we're gonna do our little bit where um we have a keep holding on. Do you have your keep holding on?

[1:17:12] Andrew: I have mine. Um yeah.

[1:17:18] Andrew: Um yeah, I do want to go first.

[1:17:22] Guest: Okay.

[1:17:23] Andrew: My keep holding on is Mateus and Alex going back and forth at high pitched noises. It's almost like the the Dragon Tails characters where it's two heads.

[1:17:35] Guest: Exactly.

[1:17:36] Andrew: Yeah, okay.

[1:17:48] Guest: Oh, that's good.

[1:17:50] Andrew: Oh, that's really great. I couldn't hear any of it, but I cannot wait to listen.

[1:18:26] Guest: McGonagall.

[1:18:27] Andrew: Um Elias hates my Maggie Smith impression, but here it goes. Keep holding on! Cause you know we're going to make it through. We'll make it through. Just stay strong. Cause you know we'll make it through. We'll make it through. There's nothing you can say. There's nothing you could do. Because you know I'm here for you. Here for you.
