[0:55] Clucky: Panicking solves nothing. We need to have a plan.

[1:01] Kitten: Are you sure we can't panic and just let someone else figure out the plan? The plan sounds like work.

[1:05] Clucky: Wouldn't you rather be part of the solution instead of the problem?

[1:10] Kitten: I'm not the problem. Dorian's the problem. The swirling vortex of doom is on its way to us. And here you are, telling me not to fuss.

[3:34] Clucky: Glucky, you drink water out of puddles. You'll be fine.

[3:44] Kitten: Oh right, what about food? You eat bugs, grain, and leftovers. I'm sure you won't go hungry.

[3:51] Clucky: What if all the bugs get blown to Orlando?

[3:56] Kitten: Now you're just being ridiculous. Have you ever been to a place that does not have bugs?

[4:03] Clucky: Well, no, but I've also never been through a hurricane before, and this is the only place I've ever lived, so I don't know there could be places without bugs.

[4:09] Kitten: Meow. Well, I have not always lived here, and trust me, everywhere has bugs. Well, except Antarctica.

[4:17] Clucky: Okay, so food, check. Water, check. What about power?

[4:29] Kitten: Why do you need power?

[4:36] Clucky: Um, I don't.

[4:43] Kitten: No, you don't. Look, here comes Xander.

[4:48] Clucky: Okay, so clock intense time. Time for the ADHD club to jump into action. Are you ready to help?

[4:56] Kitten: I knew I could count on you. Okay, I need you to tell the hens that we're gonna move you into the garage for a little bit. Hopefully, the storm won't hit too hard, and you only have to be in there for a day.

[5:02] Clucky: Kitten, did you hear what Xander told Clucky?

[5:08] Kitten: Yeah. All the outside pets are moving to the garage as the storm passes. We've made space for your bed and food dishes. Unfortunately, we can't move your whole shed in. It's a little too big.

[5:15] Clucky: Don't worry. If something happens to your shed or the coop, we will fix it.

[5:25] Kitten: Meow. Buildings can be repaired, but you and the chickens are not replaceable. Noah says there could be sustained winds of 185 miles per hour.

[5:32] Clucky: Meow. That could blow a chicken to Orlando in 22 minutes. It takes us more than twice that long to drive there.

[5:44] Kitten: Meow is right. We need to keep you all safe. I'll take you in and show you around your new space.

[5:51] Clucky: Meow. Clucky, how are you feeling in your new chicken crate?

[5:55] Kitten: I don't like it. It's too confined. Get your wing out of my... Why do you get to roam around the garage while the hens and I are shut up in this oversized dog crate?

[6:14] Kitten: Yeah, well, I won't be laying an egg for a month. This is too traumatizing.

[6:22] Clucky: Xander put down fresh straw for all of you and you have lots of food and water.

[6:36] Kitten: True, but why do you get to roam free? You just had to stick your towel in there.

[6:44] Clucky: If you hadn't noticed, there's not much space to roam. There's so much stuff in here. These big metal people crates on wheels, all the patio furniture, and anything else they thought might blow away. I'm just glad Maddox brought in my bed from the shed. I do hope my little shed survives the storm. Stupid Dorian. Who does he think he is blowing in and causing all this trouble?

[7:08] Kitten: Clucky, you know Dorian really doesn't think, right? Hurricanes form from rotating winds driven by warm temperatures over the ocean.

[7:12] Clucky: Well, I wish he would drive someplace else. I'm just going to check on Kitten before I go to bed.

[10:07] Clucky: Let them eat each other.

[10:37] Rosie: It is 40 times more powerful than humans. We have up to 300 million olfactory receptors in our noses.

[10:46] Rosie: What's an olfactory receptor?

[10:48] Clucky: Oh yes, those are the little cells in our noses that detect smells. Cats have more than humans at about 60 million receptors.

[11:30] Kitten: First, why do you start out so fierce and barking? You almost killed poor S'mores when he came to visit.

[11:37] Rosie: Yeah, that was not one of my better moments.

[11:41] Rosie: Well, you see, I am quite small. I'm what they call a Yorkshire Terrier. I'm only 12 pounds, so I feel like I need to let people know right away they can't mess with me or my family.

[11:54] Rosie: I sometimes get carried away and I did not think that little furball was going to be able to get through the fence. I felt really bad about that.

[12:05] Rosie: I'm working on trying to sniff first and bark second.

[12:08] Kitten: I guess I understand that. I mean, I'm small too. Smaller than you.

[12:13] Rosie: I am glad that you're working on sniff first and bark second. I think that's a good motto.

[13:03] Kitten: Oh yes, Maddox did scratch me by the ears.

[13:06] Rosie: You really can smell all that?

[13:09] Kitten: Oh, oh yes, yes. See, and so much more.

[13:15] Rosie: Hmm, I can smell you had salmon pate for dinner and that you and that rooster must be close friends because you let them get close enough to touch you with his wings.

[13:29] Clucky: Okay, Rosie, that's enough. I don't want you to overwhelm kitten.

[13:32] Clucky: You both have done very well. Clucky, thank you for eating while they got acquainted.

[13:37] Rosie: Oh, so much mango.

[13:40] Clucky: Oh, can someone set me on my roost? I'm too full to walk.
