“At 15, I killed someone.” This was just one of the many secrets unveiled in her new memoir, Hidden Memories. Melissa Osorio’s brain hid many memories from her for most of her life. She barely had any recollections of her childhood and that haunted her until at the age of 36, she was unable to unlock them and that began to unravel her world.

Born and raised in Venezuela, Melissa was only 16 when her beloved father was murdered. She left home soon after for the United States and despite the following 20 years as an entrepreneurial success, which took her all around the world, Melissa was only able to find happiness and peace when she was able to break free from her darkest memories.
