[0:30] Karen Cliche: Hi, Robert! Thanks for having me.

[0:50] Robert Bannon: I'm so excited to talk about "Ice Cream Man." It sounds like such a wild ride! Can you tell us a bit about your character, Alison?

[1:10] Karen Cliche: Absolutely! Alison is a strong, determined woman who finds herself in a terrifying situation when the ice cream man starts wreaking havoc in our idyllic summer town. It's a role that really challenges her, and I loved diving into that complexity.

[1:30] Robert Bannon: Eli Roth is known for his unique style in horror. What was it like working with him?

[1:50] Karen Cliche: Working with Eli was an incredible experience. He has such a clear vision and brings a lot of energy to the set. He really knows how to create tension and keep everyone on their toes, which made for some thrilling moments during filming.

[2:10] Robert Bannon: I can only imagine! The premise sounds so intriguing. What can audiences expect when they see "Ice Cream Man"?

[2:30] Karen Cliche: Audiences can expect a mix of horror and dark humor. Eli has a way of blending those elements, and I think people will be surprised by the twists and turns in the story. It's definitely not your typical horror film!

[2:50] Robert Bannon: That sounds fantastic! I love a good twist. How did you prepare for such a bloody role?

[3:10] Karen Cliche: I did a lot of character work and really focused on Alison's emotional journey. It was important for me to understand her motivations and how she reacts in such extreme situations. Plus, I had to get comfortable with the horror elements, which was a fun challenge!

[3:30] Robert Bannon: It sounds like you really immersed yourself in the role. What was the most memorable moment for you during filming?

[3:50] Karen Cliche: There were so many memorable moments, but one that stands out is a scene where we had to film a particularly intense confrontation. The energy on set was electric, and I think it really translated to the screen.

[4:10] Robert Bannon: I can't wait to see that! Switching gears a bit, can you share a bit about your journey as an actor? How did you get started?

[4:30] Karen Cliche: I started in theater, which I think really shaped my foundation as an actress. I loved the immediacy of live performance and the connection with the audience. From there, I transitioned into film and television, and it's been an incredible journey ever since.

[4:50] Robert Bannon: That's amazing! It's always interesting to hear how actors evolve in their careers. What’s next for you after "Ice Cream Man"?

[5:10] Karen Cliche: I have a few projects in the works, but I can't share too much just yet. I'm excited about exploring new roles and continuing to challenge myself as an actress.

[5:30] Robert Bannon: We’ll be keeping an eye out for you! Thank you so much for joining me today, Karen. It's been a pleasure chatting with you about "Ice Cream Man" and your career.
