Sharon Washington is an actress, playwright, and author known for her work on Broadway in The Scottsboro Boys and her Off-Broadway performances in Marie and Rosetta and Dot. Her screen credits include Joker, Michael Clayton, Gotham, Bull, and multiple appearances in the Law & Order franchise. She has also lent her voice to numerous animated projects and commercial campaigns.
As a playwright, her autobiographical solo show Feeding the Dragon received a Lucille Lortel Award nomination. Sharon is a member of The Actors Studio and the Dramatists Guild, continuing to make an impact across theater, television, and film.
