Caroline Aaron is an American actress who has starred in numerous Broadway productions. She is best known for her roles in Woody Allen's Relatively Speaking (1982), I Hate Hamlet (1991), and Social Security (1986). She has also appeared in several other Broadway shows, including The Iceman Cometh (1985), The Ritz (2007), and Honeymoon Motel (2011).
Aaron was born in Richmond, Virginia, and studied performing arts at American University in Washington, D.C. She made her professional acting debut in the 1970s, appearing in small roles on television shows such as The Love Boat and Taxi.
In addition to her work on Broadway, Aaron has also appeared in numerous films and television shows. She has had recurring roles on the television series Wings, Curb Your Enthusiasm, and Madam Secretary. She has also appeared in films such as Edward Scissorhands, This Is My Life, and The Princess Diaries.
