Scott Wittman is a Tony, Grammy, and Olivier Award–winning lyricist, director, writer, and conceiver. He co-wrote the lyrics for the hit musical Hairspray with creative partner Marc Shaiman. Broadway credits include Martin Short: Fame Becomes Me, which Mr. Wittman also directed; Catch Me If You Can, and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
