Warren Carlyle is a Tony Award-winning director and choreographer, known for his work on Broadway musicals such as Finian's Rainbow, Hugh Jackman: Back on Broadway, After Midnight, and She Loves Me. He is also a frequent collaborator with director Susan Stroman, having choreographed several of her productions, including The Producers, Crazy for You, and Contact.
Carlyle began his career as a dancer, performing in West End musicals such as Oklahoma! and Me and My Girl. He then transitioned to choreography, working on productions such as The Producers and The Mystery of Edwin Drood. In 2009, he made his directorial debut with the Broadway revival of Finian's Rainbow, for which he received a Tony Award nomination for Best Direction of a Musical.
Carlyle has since directed and choreographed a number of successful Broadway musicals, including Hugh Jackman: Back on Broadway, After Midnight, She Loves Me, Hello, Dolly!, Kiss Me, Kate, and The Music Man.
